DAY AT BEACH
It was Sunday evening , Everyone has a place where they go to escape all the pressures and worries of life. There is always that one spot that can soothe all your problems and troubles in times of stress. For me, the beach is the ultimate cure to all of my problems. While I am there, all of my obligations are suddenly erased.
As I stroll along I can feel the soft smooth sand beneath my feet. I am taken in by the soothing atmosphere that encircles me. I close my eyes, letting myself absorb the blistering rays of the sun on a scorching summer day. I am comforted by the sounds of the ocean; the rhythmic pounding of the waves represses all of my worries. I look into the cloudless cerulean blue sky and see the perfection of life. I often want to be like a seagull, seemingly drifting endlessly in the wind without a care in the world.
As I sit in my chair I can see all the sights of summer; children building sand castles along the oceans edge, to my right I observe an elderly couple indulged in a good book. I am soon at the point where my skin can no longer take the harsh rays of the blistering summer sun.
I run as fast as my feet can carry me toward what my body sees as Utopia, a seemingly endless pool of crystal blue water. I dive into the crashing waves head first. The shock of the frigid water takes my breath away and I am momentarily stunned. However, I quickly recover; finding my body adjusts rapidly to the cold water. Floating peacefully among the waves, I am unaware of the impending waves that are soon to break over me. Crash! A monstrous wave has just overtaken me; its force knocks me to the sandy bottom of the ocean. I am refreshed and awakened as I am carried back to shore. Exhausted, I return to my peaceful spot on the beach.
I notice someone at the beach looks very familiar O.o and then I realize it's none other then Libra , sh......shee looked beautiful I mean it ............... Her thick, wavy, long brown hair gracefully falls down to her shoulders and encircles her diamond-shaped face. A golden suntan usually brings out her smooth, clear complexion and high cheek bones. Her slightly arched chestnut brown eyebrows highlight her emotions by moving up and down as she reacts to her world around her. Her large deep blue eyes, remind me of a lake on a stormy day. Her curved nose gives her a little girl look that makes me want to smile when she talks. And her mouth is a small mouth outlined by puffy lips that she often accentuates with glossy pink lipstick. When she smiles, which is often, her well formed and even, white teeth brighten up her whole face. I guess you can tell that I am head over heals in love with Her .
" Oh no wat am I thinking I don't love her I...I...already have a girlfriend yes we are not really in good terms at the moment but still I love her very much how can I feel this way for another person as well this is wrong all wrong very wrong " I started blabbing to myself
" woohoo if your done talking to yourself mind if I sit here " a voice called next to me .
I looked up to see the person calling me it was none other then my rescuer Aquarius , seeing her bought a smile on my face , she was soo cool and different from the rest , there was something about her she makes me feel calm and I feel lik I can be myself around her , that's why I enjoy her company a lot
That being said I have to thank her for last night this was a perfect opportunity to thank for all she has done for me last night yeH I snapped out of my thoughts at the sound of hearing feets leaving , she was leaving
" Aquarius you can sit here " I spoke fast and clear hoping she had not changed her mind due to my late response uggghh stupid me
She looked at me for a while as if trying to understand or figure out something then came and sat next to me
" Aquarius about yesterday ..........." she cuts me mid sentence
" it was nothing , you don't need to thank we for that , though I hope what I heard about you is wrong " she spoke looking at the waves
I was curious to know as to what she has heard about me " nd what is it that you have heard ?? " I asked
Aquarius : " that your cheating on Pisces with Libra if I m not wrong. Eh who broke up just a week ago "
Scorpio : I was shocked to know she broke up just last week " how do you know when she broke up ? "
Aquarius : " umm rumors spread quiet fast ya know though m not sure if wat heard is right or wrong "
Scorpio : I looked towards the direction where Libra was a while ago and at the same moment I saw her looking back at me
Aquarius : " I see sooo you did make out with Libra last night "
Scorpio : " I was drunk , I feel bad for wat happened " .
Aquarius : " ummm in that case you should go apologize to her saying that you were drunk and it was misunderstanding "
Scorpio : " whatttttt misunderstanding O.o ?? "
Aquarius : " your sooo dumm nd I mean it , you gotta tel her that you thought it was Pisces your girlfriend and not her "
Scorpio : " but I was well aware of who she was and what I was doin , I don't wanna lie to her "
Aquarius : " for your kind information you can't date 2 persons at one's and if you planning to do that then your no less then a manwhore " Before I could say something inorder defend myself she got up to leave " anyways I gotta leave for now , she ya at college tomorrow"
Scorpio : " we live next door " -_-
Aquarius : " oh is it......I almost 4got " she said sarcastically while waiving me goodbye
I thought about what Aquarius said I made up my mind , ths is gonna be the right decision I can feel it , though this might not be the best decision I have ever made but still , now all I have to do is wait for Monday to arrive
