*Lioriana Ortunis's POV*

"He touched a computer for the first time in his entire life! And now he's caught in the Terminator Game?!", I yelled at the professor as I stared at him in disbelief.

"That’s impossible! As royalty, he should've been given immunity to--"

"HE WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IMMUNE!" a voice boomed from behind me. Jumping in surprise, I whirled around and literally face-planted into a solid wall of muscle clad in black. Cursing under my breath as I rubbed my bruised nose, I tried to push the annoying obstacle named Cory away. Tried. Chuckling in amusement at my puny efforts to push him away, he calmly crossed his arms over his chest.

Sighing when I realized that he wouldn't budge, I decided to walk around him, but was suddenly lifted by two warm arms when I tried.

"OYY!! Put me down you piece of sweet honeyed ice tea!!" I cried out, unsuccessfully trying to kick his rock-hard abs as he flipped me over his shoulder like a rag doll.

"Never in a million years my Quenia..." he whispered into my ear, his hot breath tickling it. "You are far too precious to--"

"Just put me down you-you apple!" I cut in exasperatedly. Truthfully, my heart was already beating double time, and my palms were sweaty at the thought of being forever his.

Groaning, I just turned to the professor for help. Unfortunately, he was too busy staring at the live simulation of the prince fighting a monster of a hybrid seagull, but judging by his expression, he wasn't in the mood for our childish banter.

Tugging at his thinning gray hair with one hand, he nervously chewed the fingernails of the other as he watched the battle. I pulled at Cory's ear to get his attention, but he just strode to the large computer across the room. Already, codes were starting to appear all over the black screen, complex arrangements of numbers and dashes that only he understood.

"This is not good, not good at all... " He muttered, as he started typing furiously.

"What's not good?!" I asked worriedly. Furrowing my eyebrows when he didn't answer, I snapped my fingers in front of his face.

"Well..." he drawled out, as his fingers flew across the keyboard with renewed speed, "Nothing's wrong."

"Nothing's wrong?! Our Prince is waging a war against some freaky bird that wasn’t even supposed to be there! And all you can say is ‘Nothing’s wrong’!”

"RIANA!!" yelled the professor, "Stop it! At a time like this, we don't need you to start one of your petty arguments with Cory! Our prince is in danger and all you can think of is yourself!"

"Myself?! Myself?! You think I’m wasting my energy to argue with Cory for myself?!”

"SHUT UP!! I can’t concentrate on a single thing! All the codes are messed up! And—“

"NO YOU SHUT UP YOU—BABY!!"

"RIANA!!" the professor bellowed. This time, the professor looked beyond mad, and his face was a priceless mask of fury. "I have given you leniency in the past! But you have crossed the line when you insulted the most talented Youxir on this planet!
