Myra's POV

A body pulled me in, and kept its hand on my mouth. The body smelled familiar, like...what was that? Like...Cologne!

The door shut behind me, and all I could see is darkness. The hand let go of me and my mouth, and moved backwards, and did something. That something was lighting a candle. My mind kept telling me, 'Run! Go for it!', but my feet, were frozen, much to my annoyance. The room was beautifully lit by candlelight. Through the huge window, I could see my house.

Soon, the body came back and snaked its hand around my waist. My eyes adjusted to the dim candlelight. Soon, I could see a familiar face in front of me. Slanting cheekbones, cream colored skin (which was golden in the candlelight), hair in quiff. It was Zayn. His mouth curled up into a smile, and his eyes lit up (probably, the candlelight). His hazel eyes met mine, and locked our gaze. We were just inches apart, and shockingly, I wasn't the least bit scared. Finally, I spoke up.

'What'd you want?' I rasped in no more than a whisper.

'Huh?' He asked.

'Why'd you pull me in?' I snapped, annoyed.

Just because I liked him (I did not just admit that), didn't mean that I liked all these stupid surprises.

'Oh. To tell you this.' He said. 'Or...do this.' He added, biting his lip.

He got nearer and nearer, (as if inches apart wasn't enough). Our lips were just centimetres apart. My breath came out slowly and deeply. I could smell his breath, which was minty. My back was against his bedroom door, and his hand found its place, next to my head (the other was still snaked around my waist). All this time, his eyes didn't leave my eyes. And I was surprised to find myself enjoying it. But, I was scared too. Our noses touched, and he tilted his face. He bit his lip. Wait...Was he going to kiss me? I hope not. Though, I would really like it. I could feel myself blushing a bit.

'Please. Don't.' I said.

He blinked. 'But, I have to.' He said.

Then, he pulled my ponytail holder out of its place. The serious look hadn't left his face, but there was a smirk.

'Don't tie your hair again. You look great with your hair loose.' He whispered into my ear. My head just nodded.

He finally gave me a small, tiny perfect kiss on my cheek. My stomach started to do extreme somersaults. My feet curled up and I bit my lip. My heart was racing a million miles per hour. It was a feeling I've never had before. My mind was dizzy, He moved apart. He hadn't left my waist, and his other hand was on my face, stroking it.

'I need to go.' I said, though I didn't want to.

He blinked. 'Yeah.'

He pulled me closer, with both hands on my waist. He gave me a long, serious look, and I just coudn'n help but look. 'Do you have to?' He asked.

'Maa and Paa will return.' I said, bit sad.

'Alright. Lets go down.' He said and finally released my waist.

It felt odd, cause his hand was there for the past ten minutes. He asked me to go first, and I did.

I forget to go to the bathroom after the previous scene. It was really...something.

Downstairs, the family is catching TV. Zayn joins me, smirking.

'Aunty, thank you for the amazing dinner. But, I really need to go now.'

'Sure, honey. It was a pleasure having you here. Your welcome to come here anytime'

From the corner of my eye, I swear I could see Zayn smiling, at those words.

They lead me to the door, and I bid goodbye to the Malik family. I hug the females, and after Safaa stood Zayn, whom I've almost hugged. Awkward.

'Bye.' I tell and reach for the doorknob.

'Bye.' They say in chorus.

'Myra?'

I turn and face Zayn, the one who called me.

'Yeah?' I ask, almost in a whisper.

A ghost of a blush sweeps across his face and he smiles, shyly. 'Bye.'

Bye? For bye, he had to call me again?

'Bye.' I smile and I go out, happy that tonight's been over, and happy, that I feel complete.

Zayn's POV

I have no idea why I've called her like that. I couldn't control it. Damn, damn, damn!

I could feel my whole family's eyes on me. I just wanted another glance of her amazing beauty. She was beautiful, inside and out. The way her brown eyes looked into mine, made my heart melt. like an ice burg. When I walked to her home that morning, she had my heart captured. Later, Mom told me that she is coming home, and I couldn't wait. I got ready like a little kid waiting to be taken to the amusement park. When I came down the stairs, she looked stunning. Then, she kicked me, and my heart fluttered. Then, I picked up courage and pulled her in, just to see her reaction. She was surprised, but I swear, I could see her blushing.

'When's the wedding, Mom?' Waliyha asks, interrupting my thought flow.

'Wedding? What wedding?' I ask.

'Zayn? How can you not know, son? You're THE main person.' Dad gushes.

This was some kind of inside joke. Don't they know how much I hate inside jokes?

'When's the wedding?' I ask.

'Oh. You decide.' Doniya says, with a smile.

You decide? This didn't make any sense at all.

'Whose wedding?'

'Yours!' Safaa giggles, jumping up and down.

Now it made sense. They knew my new found secret. Just because I coudn't keep my feelings inside my heart like a box. I blushed way too much. Damn.

'Look who's blushing.' Mum announces.

Was I blushing? I glance in a mirror, and sure enough, there was a pink tint on my cream-colored skin.

'You know?' I ask, shyly.

'About Myra? Yep.' Dad replies.

They start to tease me, and make me blush more.

'Did you see the way she blushed at the mention of Zayn's name at dinner?' Doniya quips.

Everyone giggles, and I blush more.

'She's a good girl. Golden-hearted. She's perfect for you, son.' Dad says.

'Really? You think?'

'Course! She's the nicest girl I've ever met.' Doniya agrees.

'She's awesome.' Safaa says. 'She gave me a sunglasses and a bracelet!'

To prove that, she ran and got her sunglasses and wore them, giving a movie-star pose, which made me chuckle.

Dad snapped his fingers in front of me, smiling. I was dreaming again. We went to watch Titanic coming on TV, but all I saw, was me and Myra, happily looking into each others eyes, into the future.
