This is underswap but with random swaps more than there opposite.
I don't like Sans being Asgore and papyrus being Torial (there still brothers in the AU) but the rest of the swaps are good in my opinion.
But my favorite swap is the dreamer family. So instead of Sans and Papyrus is Chara and Asrial. Also Torial is Undyne and Asgore is Alphys.
Rather way this AU needs more love
