Running down the Mountain

Summer Holiday

"Jadeee!" Alice's yelling woke me up. I opened my room's window and took a breath of the morning... "Yes?" I replied at her yelling. "Take Bullet, Simon and I will be waiting for you near the river." she said looking at me. "Okay, okay, I'm coming!" I yelled while trying to wear my T-shirt.
Bullet is my horse, he is jet black. Alice and Simon have their horses, too! Alice has Blue. Blue is all white except a brown spot on her back. And Simon has Penny. Penny is caramel color and has a white mane.
I ran downstairs, took somethings to eat and ran to the stables. I prepared Bullet for a ride and off we went to the river!
We went fast, slow, high and low.
Finally I saw them sitting on a rock. Blue and Penny were there, too!
I tied Bullet beside an apple tree and ran to join Simon and Alice.
"HEY YOU!" I yelled trying to sound more like a grown up. "Jeez, Jade you scared me!" Simon gasped. "Haha!" Alice laughed at him. I sat on a rock beside Alice. "Did you, guys, eat breakfast?" I asked. "Nah... Alice woke me up and I ran in a hurry!" Simon replied to my question. "Me neither!" Alice said with a laugh. "Okay then... I already have planned to give you some of my breakfast." I said and gave both of them a slice of bread with sour cream.
When we finished our "breakfast" I decided to climb on a tree and pick up some apples. Simon and Alice joined me so we ran like wild deer.

Simon picked up two flowers and gave one to Alice and one to me. I smiled and sat on the fresh green grass. Alice's long black hair was flying like waves in the wind. I took a quick look beside the river and saw a small figure sitting on the same rock as we sat before. "Alice! Simon! Look! There is someone sitting beside the river!" I whispered yelled. "Who is it? Is it the farmer's boy? Or is it Simon's twin brother, Aaron?" Alice whispered. "I'll go." I volunteered. I slowly walked towards the figure and relized that it was Justin.
Justin is one of my classmates, he has blond hair and light blue eyes. But I couldn't understand why was he sitting there alone.
"J-J-Justin?" I called him. Justin turned and looked at me. "Yes, Jade?" he said. "Why are you all alone here?" I asked him. He looked at me with his sea blue eyes and said "I just wanted to ask Alice something but I couldn't find her so I came here. And now I am waiting for her to come because I know she often comes here." "Ooooh, so you need to ask Alice something. Can you tell me what?" I asked him in big surprise. "You know my sister's birthday is coming so I wanted to ask Alice were she bought the big beautiful rose, you know the one she gave to Miss Green." "Wait here" I said and ran up the hill to call Alice. "Alice! Alice! Come here!" I yelled. "Alice it's Justin. He wants to ask you something!" I said.
We all started running down the hill. I non-willingly slipped, rolled down the hill and BOOM I hit into Justin. We both fell into the river. "I'm so sorry, Justin!" I said blushingly. He looked at me and said nothing before bursting into a laugh.

I came home I was all wet. When my mother saw me she was terrified. "What happened, Jade?" mother asked me in surprise. "Ugh, mother!" I said "Nothing, I just rolled down a little hill and fell into the river. Anyway it was really funny! Don't get angry!" Mother looked at me. "Go get ready! We are going out for a walk!" she said quickly.

I tied up my hair and wore some clothes. I wore my trainers and waited for my mother outside. "That's my little Jade!" She said. "Mom! I'm not little, I'm 16." I replied. "This is a top secret mission my young learner! We need to deliver the eggs to Miss Mcfly!" She whispered and gave the basket to me. I laughed and walked faster. We ran, played and jumped. At last we came to Miss Mcfly's house. We delivered the eggs and walked back home.
