Runing, that's all I can remember, after the accident.

"Mommy, what's happening?"

"Nothing honey, just get under the bed, everything will be okay."

"I'm scared."

"It'll be ok, just don't say a word."

I can't run, I can only hide.

"Boss, I found her! She's in the kids bedroom!" Says a gruf voice.

"Does she have the girl!?" Asks another man.

"No!.....okay lady, just tell us where the girl is and you won't get hurt." The gruff man says.

"NEVER! I will never tell you, and come any closer and your toast!" My mother says though she is weak from carrying me from the store and back to the house.

"Hahaha, you think you can take all of us down?"

"No, but I can stall long unough for the cops to come."

I swear I heard sirens the minute I was blinded. Once I was able to see clearly I saw my mother on the ground barely breathing, while I saw the men on the ground steaming.

"Mommy!" I run out and hug her.

"Honey, I told you to stay where you were." She whispers.

"Are you okay? Please be okay." I say through tears.

"I'm fine, don't worry, but when you glow, let it shine. Promise?" She asks even weaker than before.

"Promise." I say before I'm pulled back by an E.M.T.

"Get her out of here and contact the father." Says a woman kneeling next to my mom.

I'm screaming the whole time they're taking me away.

"No!" I'm crying and shaking.

"What's the matter?" Eric asks emidiatly.

"Nothing, it was just a dream."

"Well it doesn't seem like nothing, what did you dream of?"

"An accident that happened a long time ago."

"Well, what happened?"

"We were attacked by two men and my mom died protecting me."

"Wow, um....I don't know what to tell you. I'm sorr-"

"Don't even say it or else I'll punch you. But the weird thing is that she told me that when I glow, let it shine."

"Well you did glow four days ago."

"I guese I did."
