From here on out, you're free! You can complete anything past this point in any order, you've supplied your book with colour and an envelope, you are prepared for anything.
This idea is more the basic thing you would put in any journal, but we'll do it in a creative way I promise. As a start, I want you to write down anything that comes to mind. What were you just thinking about? Write it down. Are there any words sticking out at you? Write it down. Sometimes all you need is to write your thoughts or worries into words.
Attached to this chapter are a few examples of pages with just randoms thoughts and blabber. As your book grows and you become more invested in this book, there'll be pages like this all over the place. Sometimes it a really good coping mechanism for whatever you're going through.
So, what creative twist am I gonna spin this with? Other than the art of words in general (which is my favourite art tbh), your medium could reflect creativity too.
For example, don't just use generic pens/pencils. Use markers, highlighters, markers, cut and paste the words, post-it notes. It makes your journal much more interesting and adds a whole new element.
