NOT EDITED! -
Without a doubt I was going to hurt him. There was no way I could hold myself back. But she could. A soft gasp came from behind me and I immediantly swung around to look at the person who had made the small sound. I already knew who had done it, but I just needed to see her.
The blond haired beauty was looking at me with shock, confusion, and the most concering one - fear. It suddenly felt like I was going to throw up. She was scared of me!
Her bright, tear filled eyes stared at me. One of her friends let out a small sob, but I couldn't be bothered to look at her. The angel, my angel, was scared of me.
"Heaven?" A girl with crazy blond curls questioned as she tugged on her arm.
Heaven. It was fitting to say the least.
"Katherine?" The same girl latched onto their other friend. The girl with the blond curls didn't seem to be as frightened as them but the shock was evident. Heaven tore her eyes away from me to look at her friends. A single drop of salted water ran down her cheek.
I whined catching her attention again. Slowly, I walked towards her on my four paws. She didn't jump back or look like she wanted to hit me, so I took it as a good sign. When I got close enough for her to touch me I stopped.
Suddenly her hand reached out to run her hand along my head.. She fisted some of my fur lightly and stepped onto her toes to be at my level. "Are you okay?" She whispered with another tear falling down her tanned cheeks.
With a sigh - mentally - I nodded my large head. Was she not scared of me?
"Oh, thank god." She mumbled. Her eyes snapped to Gabe. "I'm really sorry Mr. Turner. I swear it was an accident!"
I let out a rough growl, causing My angel to jump and her hand to slide off my head. I felt bad immediantly. He should be the one apologizing, not her! She should never have to apologize to anyone. Her big doe like eyes looked over to me. A small bit of anxiety wafted from her. I whined out and she cautiously ran her hand through my hur once more before letting it rest on my neck.
"Will," Gabe muttered with a low voice. "I know you're angry, but you need to shift back. The bell is going to ring in just a couple of minutes.
I nodded stiffly. How was I going to leave this little thing behind?
"Heaven?" Gabe questioned my girl.
She looked at him with respect in her eyes. "Sir?" For some reason it ticked me off that he was her teacher. That he was in charge of her.
"We can talk about this more later. You need to get to your first hour."
It wouldn't have been obvious to someone that wasn't paying very close attention, but her face fell slightly as she nodded. "Right." Her small, delicate fingers tranced my ears before falling down to her side. "I guess I'll see you guys later . . ." It sounded more like a question that way she said it.
Her friends quickly guided her out of the hallway. I whined quietly. It was actually starting to hurt physically.
God, she was perfect.

"Holy shit!" Melody's wide grin was slightly creepy. "That was like . . . from a movie. It was so romantic! And damn he was hot!"
I raised an eyebrow at her. How could she have possibly gotten a good look? He explodded within just a couple of seconds. Katherine was still hugging herself as she stood with her face down and leaned against one of the bathroom stall walls. Her dirty blond hair was frizzy around her face and slightly covered her eyes. You could always tell how she was feeling by her eyes.
"We should probably get to class, though." Melody mumbled with a sigh.
My heart twitched at the thought of being even further from the man just a couple halls away. I didn't want to leave him. He was so breathtaking . . . and, well, a wolf! I had so many questions. But I didn't even think to ask them when I was standing in front of him. I just wanted to feel what he was like. Wanted to touch him and feel the weird connection again.
What is wrong with me?
