I stare across the horizon.
Watching clouds pass by.
Waiting for someone,
Who may not even be alive?
Where are you, mystery guy?
Show yourself, I need you.
I’m hurting everyday,
So I always look at the moon.
Are you really out there?
Or am I just crazy?
I long for your arrival,
With no control, full of anxiety.
Though I know God has a plan,
He’ll give you to me when it’s time.
But this craving I can’t get rid of,
Like without you, my poem has no rhyme.
Now I sit alone,
Waiting once again.
That someday you’ll really come,
Well, I’ll see you soon then.
