Chapter 6

Hunters POV

I was excited about tonight. I was playing at a county fair tonight . She would like that right? It was already almost five so I jumped in the shower, then picked out blue jeans, a gray v neck and my gray VANS. I went to blow-dry my hair and then spiked it up like always. When I got done it was already 5:45 ans headed towards Skyliers house. Man was I ready to see her!

Skyliers POV

" Hey Skylier" It was Josh, my crazy ex-boyfriend Josh. I was frozen. I didn't know what to say or do. Tay asked me what happend and then she looked and relized why I was frozen. Josh cheated on me with my best friend right before we moved Nashville.

~Flashback~

I should go congratulate Josh since he won his game and all. So I walked to the boys locker room and found him sucking faces Rachel, my best friend .Of all people why her? I stood there shot. Motionless. I started sobbing my eyes out. I guess he heard me crying because he had a smirk on his face. I walked up to them,looked Rachel straight in the eye and said "I hope your happy BFF, because if he cheated on me, he will sure do it on you sooner than later. Have Fun!" They both had their mouths in an 'o' shape ad just stared at me. I walked out looking confident, but really on the inside I was hurt.

~End of Flashback~

We turned around and went staight back home. The drive was silent. We drove up to the driveway and parked the truck. I got out of the truck and headed staight towards the door. Then I remembered that I still had my date with Hunter tonight and that I had to forget about Josh.

I unlocked the door and went upstairs to change since it was already 4:30. I took a shower and then went to my closet to pick out my outfit. I went with something more casual because I didn't know where he was taking me. I put on white skinny jeans, a dark blue see through shirt with a black tank underneath , and a gold belt around my waist with my black TOMS. It was now 5:55 and Hunter would be here any moment. My hair was blow-dryed and left naturally. I didn't put any make-up on because I like my natural skin tone, so there was no need.

The door bell rang and I knew it was Hunter.I grabbed my phone and purese then ran downstairs to see Tay alreadythere waiting for me.

"Sky, u look BEAUTIFUL!!!" I thanked Tay and opened the door. Hunter looked smashing in the gray v-neck that hugged him perfectly and along with his jeans. His blue eyes stared into mine and he quietly spit out "You look amazing!" I thanked him and said "Thanks, not so bad yourself" We both laughed and then held out his hand out and I gladly excepted it.
