Leilani had just witnessed the death of her best friend's. She ran to the cliff and looked over just in time to see them fall into darkness. She knew that she had to get back to the lodge somehow. She got up and ran with all her might back to the lodge but she got lost somewhere on the way. she tried to back track her steps but got blinded by snow and lost hope. She ran toward a direction holding back tears determined to get help for the twins. She was just about to give up when she heard voices, they sound like they were screaming her name. She tucked her brown hair in her beanie and trudged on. When she finally got to the lodge she saw a red eyed Josh crying on the steps without a jacket. She went to him and knelt down in front of him. She lifted his head to see a destroyed Josh. She broke down and started to cry. He hugged her and rubbed her back as if to calm her. When she finally calmed she explained everything but they never found the twins. Leilani and Josh stayed together but she knew he was broken and would never heal but she loved him all the same
