**Caleb**
After yesterday I finally came to terms with the truth. Summer was over. Yesterday was the first day back to school. For most it was a chance to see friends and socialize but for me, since I was always with my friends, it just sucked. Like group torture almost.
My friends were just as bummed as me about the school year starting. I was surprised all four of them even showed up.
Riley has dark brown hair, blue eyes, and is 5'7. He's 19 but he has to repeat because he failed math. (Really sensitive subject) I met Riley when we started grade 9 at our high school. He was in 10th grade and hung out in the parking lot. We always saw him when we were up there and eventually we started talking. Everyone gets the wrong idea about him, he's not as bad as everyone thinks.
Savanna has dirty blonde hair like mine, that reaches the middle of her back. She has green eyes and is about 5'6. Savanna is the same as age as me, 18 and in the same grade. I met her when I was going into grade 5. She had just moved to town and started at our elementary school. Everyone kept asking if we were cousins because we kinda looked alike. I was kinda shy back then but for whatever reason Savanna made it a point to talk to me every day. Everyone liked her unlike me but she was always the first to defend me. Since grade five we've been close.
Shawn has scruffy brown hair and light brown eyes like mine. He's also 18 and is an inch taller then me, 5'11. Savanna and I started hanging around with Shawn in grade 8. We had to do a group project for social studies and needed a third person. The teacher put him in our group and we were friends since.
Paytin is the shortest of all of us, around 5'5 and has brown hair that just passes her shoulders. Her eyes are light blue and she's 17.(her birthday is this year) Paytin started out as Savanna's lab partner. One of the teachers had paired them together last year(Savanna usually tried to avoid other girls because she doesn't get along with them). Savanna eventually came to find that she had a lot in common with Paytin and she started bringing her to hang out. We all kind of just fit together.
They are four of the most loyal people I've ever met. We are all so a like.
