Confessing?

A week past and Suzumia still couldn't get over the fact that she cried in front of Kazuto.

Teacher: "Ok class, next week we are going to a camping trip. So here are the brochures. Also you will not be picking your group, it will be pick by the staff members. ", The class groans.
Rin: "Sweet! I hope I get with Suzumia."
Keiko: "Are you serious? They are gonna separate the boys and the girls dummy."
Suzumia: "Ahaha, I hope I'm with you Keiko."
Keiko: "Why?"
Suzumia: "Then I guess you don't like me. Sorry."
Keiko: "No no, I just why only me?"
Suzumia: "Well hehe, you see-"

She was interrupted by Kazuto who was putting his hand on her head.

Kazuto: "She hasn't made any friends except for us."
Keiko: "AweeEE! I'm considered your friend?!"

Keiko comes running up to Suzumia and squeezes her.

Kazuto: "Hey! Get off her she's min--- my closet friend."
Hiroshi: He whispers, "Someone's in love."
Keiko: "Oh please it's only been... Well it hasn't been that long ok!"
Mami: "Suzumia! Hey, how's it going?.... Well nevermind about that. I really hope we get together as a group."

Suzumia was getting annoyed so she turned to Kazuto.

Suzumia: "Wanna go get juice for lunch later on?"
Kazuto: "Yeah sure."

While Suzumia and Kazuto were walking to the vending machine to get the juice, they were talking about how they both couldn't forget about what happened last week.

Suzumia: "Can we just forget that ever happened?"
Kazuto: "No, I can't."
Suzumia: "Why?!"

Kazuto trying to tease her, he leaned her against the wall where no one could see and was 2 cm away from each other.

Kazuto: "Because I made a promise to you."
Suzumia: Face turns red*, "C-can you-"
Kazuto: "Look I really like you. Don't ruin it for me." (Am I confessing?!)
Suzumia: "U-umm, sorry for- were gonna be late for class."

Everything was awkward for Suzumia but Kazuto played it cool. Which made Suzumia bummed out.
