Touka x kaneki

The Date pt.2

"Ok so what time should I pick up Touka 7:00pm or 8:00pm??? Oh crap I forgot the time!!!" Kaneki said to himself.

"I'm kind of excited for our date. This is actually my first date... Hopefully everything goes as planned". *sighs*.

"Ok Kaneki what should you wear? Maybe I'll just go with this." Kaneki chose to wear a light blue T-shirt with one button off and paired it with black jeans and matched with dress shoes.

"Ok.. Let me see.. Should I go with a light dress or a dark dress? Ehh.. I'll just go with the light dress." Touka chose to wear a light summer dress with a light blue colored ribbon in the back but the rest of the dress was white. "This looks good on me I guess. I hope he likes it". She smiles. "Now for the shoes... Umm... Oh YAY!!! These pair of shoes will match perfectly with my outfit." Touka found these pair of flats that's the same color of the ribbon on the dress. Touka looked herself in the mirror and says in her mind (I think that these clothes are to light.. Ehh I'll just go with it).

~6:00pm~
"I guess I'll go pick Touka up now" Kaneki smiled as he walked out the door.

"Crap!! It's 6:10pm 20 more minutes!!! Ok I'll just put on a bit of makeup and maybe fix up my hair... Nah!! I don't need to." Touka put on mascara and lip gloss then she ran out of the door. "Crap!!! I forgot my purse!!!" Touka ran back to her door and grabbed her purse then ran back out the door again. Touka wore this nice turquoise purse that she wore around her shoulder. *Touka looked at her watch* "Crap!!! It's 6:29pm I'll never make it in time". As Touka was running outta the càfe she saw Kaneki. Touka busts open the Càfe doors making herself and Kaneki fall over. "Oh Kaneki i'm so sorry" (that was so embarrassing) Touka thought to herself, she had a light pink blush on her face. Kaneki spoke "Don't worry about it Touka you look lovely! Let's go now, you have everything you need?" Touka responded "Y-yea i'm ready I have everything I need! Oh and you look handsome as well." Touka was trying to hide her blush.

~At Cafe~
"So what do you want?" Kaneki asked Touka, "I'll just have coffee for now."

"Alright". Kaneki smiled.

Touka blushed and said to herself (he's so cute! I never felt this way for anybody before...)

"Kaneki?" Touka said.

"Yes sweetheart?" He said smiling.

"Umm.. Nothing..." Touka said back.

There was an awkward silence between the two.

"Ok miss your coffee is ready" the waiter said nicely with a bright smile.

"Your not having anything?" Touka asked kaneki.

"Nah... I don't feel like eating anything right now. Maybe later." Kaneki replied.

Touka started to blush.

(I've never seen Touka act this way before she always seem so down and has a frown on her face. But I know she likes me. I have to do something about that.) Kaneki thought to himself.

~7:30pm~
"So what do you want to do now?" Touka asked Kaneki.

"Umm... Walk through the park?" Kaneki thought this was a great opportunity to ask Touka.

"Alright" Touka said with no other than a smile on her face.

They were walking for about five minutes and they were almost at the park.

"So.. Touka you wanna go sit on that bench over there?" Kaneki thought that that's where I'm going to ask her.

"Ok". Touka replied.

They walked over to the bench and sat down. (This is a good now I can tell her). Kaneki thought to himself.

"Touka?" Kaneki said.

"Yeah Kaneki?" Touka replied.

"Well umm... D-D... D-D-Do... Y-You... W-Want to be my girlfriend?!" Kaneki stuttered for a while then it just came out.

Touka had blushed "S-Sure! I'll be your girlfriend!" Touka hugged Kaneki, then Kaneki hugged her back. Touka was tearing up but she didn't want to cry. Kaneki broke their hug and leaned closer to her. Then eventually their lips met.
