Trust Me

Cameron cradled her iPhone 6s between her ear and her shoulder as she popped her plate of macaroni and cheese into the microwave.

"Nothing at all?" she whined. "Come on Ant you can't be looking hard enough" Cameron smacked her lips and pressed start on the microwave.

"Cameron shit like this takes time, its not like I can just type his name into a computer and a location will pop up." Ant tried to soothe her, but he was failing so desperately.

"You can!" Cameron said smartly, while rolling her eyes heavenwards. She wasn't pleased and planned to give Ant every inch of her attitude.

Ant sighed. "You know what I mean Cameron." he replied. Cameron was going to pay Ant ten thousand dollars to find her father, who seemed to have disappeared off the face of earth.

She was now 8 in a half months pregnant, and was very eager to bring her daughter into the world. She wanted to love, cherish and spoil her baby buying her everything her little heart would desire. But she also wanted her father to be apart of the experience.

Cameron sighed and bit down on her bottom lip. "Fine okay ? Take your time" she said sarcastically.

Cameron heard the front door shut and soon little foot steps echoed throughout the house.

"I have to go Ant, I'll text you" she quickly hung up and opened the microwave to retrieve her food.

Todd ran full speed into the kitchen with Khyro just steps behind him.

"Wassup Todd? How was school?" Cameron asked with a small smile.

Todd was now 4 in a half, attending a California Prep Preschool.

"It was good, I made you something" he told her.

Cameron's eyes lit up. "Oh really? When can I have it?" she giggled. She peeped a small smile spread across Khyro's lips as she spoke. 

Todd took off his small backpack and fished around inside of it for a moment before pulling out a small 4 by 4 paper made box. The box was covered in bright colors, it had an opening at the top that read 'open me.'

"Here" Todd smiled at Cameron ever so kindly as he handed her the box.

"I made it myself and inside I created the names that you can pick from for my baby sister" He explained. His voice still very small, but you could tell that he was breaking out of his shyness.

Cameron smiled and her eyes lit up, she created a vibe that was so strong "So sweet of you Todd" she leaned down to embraced him in a hug and pecked his cheek. She sat the box on the counter and glanced up at Khyro who stood in the middle of the kitchen's door way staring a hole through her.

"No problem" Todd took off running ready to explore the home as he usually did.

"Don't get lost," Khyro called after him.

"I wont!" They heard his soft voice fade along with his footsteps.

Khyro turned his attention back Cameron, who was now banging on her macaroni and cheese.

"Whats on your mind?" she asked as she sat her plate down and popped a piece of gum into her mouth .

Khyro motioned for Cameron to follow him and together they walked into his study. A room that she is usually denied access to, because of the business he has and the company he keeps.

Khyro shut the door behind them and then took a seat in his chair. Cameron circled his table until she stood behind him, then she proceeded to rub his shoulders forcing his body to relax.
