Ok this story has been a pain in the ass to write. This is my fifth time typing it and it keeps getting deleted. I really hope you like it! You are telling your best friend Nikki what happened before, when, an after Niall proposed to you. (7 months earlier part was Christmas Day btw)

"Niall it's beautiful, I mean it is absolutely perfect" you exclaim as Niall places a diamond incrusted infinity promise ring on your ring finger. "I love you so much Y/N I don't even think you know" Niall says! The inside of the ring reads, "I love you to ∞!" 'Awe Niall I love you too words can't describe how much I love you" you exclaim as Niall leans in. You two share a long passionate kiss under the mistletoe.

Your P.O.V. (Talking to Nikki)

I walked in the door to Niall and I's flat around 7 o'clock knowing he wouldn't be home since the last concert of 1D's tour was occurring at that very moment. I went upstairs I Niall and I's bedroom an changed into my oversized One Direction t-shirt and black lululemon leggings. I went downstairs and went to the kitchen and made a shit load of snacks. And went to the couch and lied down and watched "Up All Night 2011 tour" and "The Hunger Games" on DVD. I tried to stay awake but I eventually fell like dead on asleep. I soon heard a loud sound it was the front door to the flat closing. It was Niall. I could tell by the sound of his footsteps on the hard wood. He yelled my name I could tell by his voice he was expecting me to jump into his arms so we could share a long passionate kiss. But no I was still sleeping. He came over to me on the couch and picked me up bridal style. He said, "awe my baby is sleeping she is so cute." And gently kissed my forehead. He carried me upstairs to our room and layed me down on the bed. His warm body warmed me up immediately as he tucked me in under the covers. He stripped down to his underwear before climbing in next to me. He wrapped his arms around my body and whispered in my ear, "Happy 24th Birthday love I love you babe I always will!" It was perfect! "Ugh I mean can you stop being a perfect couple Y/N I mean please" growls Nikki. Ok so when I woke up yesterday on my birthday all I wanted to here was Niall's sleepy morning voice and see his beautiful face. But instead it was a note on his pillow. It read, "Dear Y/N, I went to pick you up some special birthday breakfast!" I stopped reading and thought Starbucks I smiled. I kept reading "Happy Birthday Love I will see you soon Love, Niall!" I sprung up off the bed and changed into my short red shorts. I ran out of the room and sprinted down the stairs. I clearly wasn't paying attention because I tripped and fell on the last few stairs. Niall walked in through the kitchen door to see me crying at the bottom of the stairs. He put down the Starbucks and ran over to me. "Oh Y/N are you ok?" He asked me while he picked me up my legs wrapped around his waist, my arms around his neck, and his hands on the underpart of my thighs holding me up! We shared a long, long passionate kiss! He sat me down on the countertop and handed me a grande chocolate chip frappe and a slice of coffee cake. "For my special girl" he said! "Awe baby your so sweet" I said before leaning it to kiss him again! We finished up our Starbucks and went upstairs to our room. We sat in bed all day and watched scary movies until about 4 o'clock! He told me he had to go discuss the new album with the lads. He left I was kinda sad but I finished watching the movie and watched some tv. Around 5 o'clock Niall texted me and said, "smile sunshine meet me at Nando's at 7!" I smiled and got in the shower. I cleaned up and dried off. I blow-dried my hair and left it natural cause that's how Niall likes it best. I dusted on light makeup. I changed into Niall's favorite dress of mine the strapless one with the floral design! And put on my gold sandals! I wore "Our Moment" because it's my favorite perfume! I got in the car at around 6:45! The traffic was brutal I was fifteen minutes late. When I walked in Niall was sitting there shaking looking down at the single red rose in his hand. He looked up at me, stood up and I ran over to him. "Oh my god Niall this is perfect I'm so sorry I'm late the traffic-" he cut me off with a kiss and handed me the rose. And said, "babe it's ok as long as you are here now I'm good!" I smiled as he pulled out my chair. I thanked him and sat down. He rented out the entire restaurant just for us it was perfect! Zayn and Louis came over to the table they were clearly the waiters. In unison they both said, "what would you like for a drink?" I politely ordered a water and so did Niall. They brought over our drinks and asked what we would like to eat! I got the chicken and Niall did as well! When they came out with the food Harry and Liam came out as well this time! They were clearly the cooks. The food was delicious! Louis and Zayn collected our dirty plates and Harry and Liam brought out Niall an I's favorite. Cookies and Creme Cheesecake! It was delicious! When we finished eating they collected our dirty plates again and brought Niall and I two cups filled with sweet black tea. I took a sip as Niall handed me a bag and card! I put down my cup and said "Niall you didn't have to get me anything!" He nudged me and said, "open it love!" I opened the car it was the sweetest most perfect note I have ever read! It said,

"Dear Y/N,

You are the greatest thing ever. I don't know what'd I would do without you. Everytime we touch I feel a rush and get butterflies! When we kiss it feels like the first time I will always feel the sparks and the butterflies! You are so perfect to me! Your laugh makes me smile. Your voice can make my entire day better. I love you so much love I always will! ∞♾♡

I started to cry as I opened the bag in it was a piece of cardboard that had everyone of our memories! All pictures ! I looked awful in most of them. I started to cry as I sprang up and jumped into his arms and kissed him. He handed me a tissue and I wiped my eyes! When I opened them again Niall was down on one knee! "Y/N I love you so much I could never survive without you! I couldn't imagine spending my life with anyone else! Please will you marry me love?" "OH MY GOD YES ONE THOUSAND TIMES YESS" I yelled!!! We shared a long hug and a very long passionate kiss while the boys clapped!! Then he took off my promise ring and put on the engagement ring that said "I love you to ∞" I cried and we went home and cuddled all night!! "OMG Y/N I'm so jealous me and mike aren't like that" Nikki said. "So while your here please be my maid of honor?" "YESS" Nikki yelled excitedly!
