Chapter 2

Ariana's POV

After I walked inside, Alfredo took my hand and led me to Justin and Scooter. I walked in with a smile on my face, covering my mouth with my hands. "Hi!" I said. Scooter walked towards me and holds out his hand as if he wanted a handshake. I giggled and went in for a hug. "Oh, alright then." Scooter said laughing. Justin was staring at me the whole time, smiling. I didn't really notice until Scooter let go of my waist. As soon as I looked at him, he looked down like he wasn't even looking at me.

Things for me got awkward at first, but then I walked to Justin and gave him a hug too. "How are you?" he asked me. "I'm actually really well, yourself?" I said back to him. I noticed lately he's been feeling down, because his 2 year relationship with Selena ended. "I'm doing alright." he stuttered. I have a big heart, and I felt horrible, so I hugged him tightly and look at him. "I know we only met once before this, but I'm here if you need someone." I said grinning at him. He stands up and kisses me on the cheek. "I really appreciate it, Ariana."

We all sat down in a big circle. Justin sat next to me, and so did Alfredo. Scooter was in front of me of course. "I'd like to talk to you about possibly signing to Island Def Jam." Scooter said. My mouth dropped and I put my hands over my mouth. I couldn't believe he wanted me to work with him. "Are you serious?" I said. Out of the corner of my eye I see Justin glancing at me, smiling. I couldn't figure out why he looked at me so much. Scooter looked at me, and chuckled. "Yes, I'm serious." I immediately stood up and started jumping up and down, screaming. I was so excited. "I would love to!" I said.

Justin's POV

Me and Scooter are still waiting on Ariana to get here. We were discussing how we want to ask her all these questions. Soon after, Fredo walks in the door with her. She went to Scooter and gave him a hug. In my head, I was a little sad that she didn't hug me at that moment. I really hoped she hadn't noticed, but she looked really beautiful when she walked through that door, I couldn't help but to stare.

When she let go of Scooter, she looked at me. I was looking at her, and I'm pretty sure she saw me staring at her. I was embarrassed, but then she came up to me and asked me how I was. I wish I could've been honest with her, because I wasn't okay. I'm still hurt after Selena cheated on me. When Ariana said that she was here for me, I automatically kissed her on the cheek, and for some reason, I wanted to actually kiss her. I hope she didn't think it was weird for me giving her a little kiss.

When we sat down, I had to sit beside her. It's like something was telling me that she could be my new girl. I just admired her beauty from a distance. She glanced at me a couple times because she might have noticed me. When Scooter told her he wanted to sign her, her mouth dropped and she was just surprised. I chucked a little. She got up and just started to jump around, I couldn't help but to laugh, and right after she agreed, in my head I was excited, and really happy she said yes. But now, I'm questioning myself why I like the idea of her coming so much..
