Since Isaiah was being his usual energetic self and he was giving me way too much stress I asked him to step out of my bedroom till I put on my shoes and had some breath mint for...you know.. I added my final touches and looked myself in the mirror for one last time and stepped towards the door frame to open the door.At the same time Isaiah opened the door from the other side and ended up hitting it to my face.This took me by surprise and I ended up falling on my butt.
"Holly mother of vegetable pasta.What the heck Isaiah?" I yelled bloody murder.
"How was I supposed to know you were standing on the other side of the door praying for exotic Koalas?" He yelled back at me trying to not to burst out laughing.
"You know that you sarcasm isn't appreciated at this moment.The least you can do is to help me up."I said while trying to maintain a poker face.He didn't hesitate to kneel down right next to me and wrap his arms around my waist and bring me back up to my feet.
"Thanks." I said,while glaring at him.
He looked at me straight in the eyes for a second before smiling and looking away.If I'm not mistaken I saw his cheeks hit up for a second.
"Wait a second.Why are you smiling like Sponge bob?" I said while looking at him.
"Hey El" he called me with my nickname, "honestly I don't know how to reword this but I find it really cute when you get mad at something or someone and you start yelling at them" He said while looking everywhere but my eyes.
"So you're telling me that you like to see me get angry?" I asked,placing my hand on his neck.
"Yes that's exactly-
He was cut by the my cellphone that went off,displaying my best friend, Mia's name. I knew that If I picked the phone she would start lecturing me on how it's really inappropriate to not to be the first person that walks into the party.So I chose to ignore the call and let it go to my voicemail. I texted her saying
"Hey Mia,Sorry I didn't have service.I'm on my way to school.you guys can go inside." And I hit the send button.
"If you want your girlfriend alive,we should get going."I told Isaiah,while laughing.and with that we left the apartment and walked to his old red classic car.

I took a look at the car and smiled to myself thinking this is the best I will ever have.Regardless of what future has planned for me.But I was wrong.I was really wrong about this one.
