It was lunch and me and jacob went to get something from the canteen. "Layla do you wanna come and sit with my crew?" Jacob asks "yassss" I say and he laughs. We walk over to his crew and I'm the only girl. Oh well I like hanging out with guys more then girls.😊 "guys this is Layla she's new" jacob said to the guys. "Hey Layla I'm Cameron or cam" cam said. "Hey" I said back "I'm Daniel 😊" then i said "DAMN DANIEL BACK AT IT AGAIN WITH THE WHITE VANS!!" The boys started laughing. I look at his feet " YOU ARE WEARING WHITE VANS!!" I shout and fell to the floor 'pissing ' myself laughing. Cam fell off his chair 😂. Once we all stopped laughing someone said " hey I'm Hunter" then he winked at me and I had a 'are you serious ' look on my face and jacob started laughing. "Ohhhhh boii you just got rejected!!" Can said laughing witch made me laugh again. We sat down and didn't actually eat we just sat ther talked and laughed. "Layla where are you from?" Asked Daniel. " New Zealand" I said back. "Where sorry?" Cam asked. "New Zealand look it up" I said smiling. He put his hands up in surrender witch made me laugh. I didn't want lunch to end because that means more class ugh. DINNNNNNGGGGGGGGG
"NOOOOOO" we all said because we didn't want to go back to class. I was walking back to class with jacob and cam, when someone grabbed my hand. I looked to see who's it was and it was jacob he started blushing and so did I. I looked at cam and he was smirking at us. "Shut up" I said to cam " but I didn't say anything!" I just started laughing Bc of the way he said it was harlarious. A girl came up to is and asked jacob "who's this slut?" She asked and I let go of Jacobs hand slapped her in the face and started running with tears in my eyes. I bumped into someone "sorry" I said with tears streaming down my face. "It's okay Layla" it was mark. He wiped my tears away an hugged me. "Thanks cuz" I said "cuz?" He asked " sorry it's something I say a lot in New Zealand and I say it all the time lol" I say to mark feeling better. Then someone pushes me. "Hey slut your just going from one boy to the other arnt you?" That bitch says "marks my cousin u dumbass" I say back at her and she got taken back "BYE FELICIA!!" I say and walked past her bumping into her arm on perpus. All the boys around me said "damn gurl" while staring at my ass one grabbed my ass and I slapped him "next time u run okay?" I said while walking off. I saw jacob and he have me a bear hug "hey are you okay?" He asks while hugging me. "Yea I roasted her😂" jacob and cam started laughing.
Jacob pov
I let go of Layla. "We better get to class" cam said. "Orrr" Layla says "or?" Cam asks "we could ditch?" Layla asks. I look at cam he nods "yea let's go" he said and Layla was happy.

I walked Layla back home and it turned out that she lives next door. "Layla here's my number txt me later when you have the chance okay?" I said to her at the end of her driveway "thank you jacob I'll txt u later I'm just gonna catch up with my sister she is back in New Zealand" she said and gave me a hug. "You have a sister?" I asked I'm really confused "no we call each other sisters because we are best friends" i smile and so does she. I love her smile it makes me happy😊. I walk home and mark is there. "Sup mark" I say. He punched me. " what was that for?" I say getting pissed off. " LEAVE LAYLA ALONE JACOB I DONT WANT YOU TO HURT MY COUSIN" mark yells at me. "AND WHAT IF I DONT?" I yell back "then macob is over" he says calmly and walks out the door.
Layla's pov
L: hey alexi guess wat
A: hey wats up?
L: ummmm I kinda found out that mark is my cousin
A: WAT OMG THATS SO COOL ANYTHING ELSE?
L: I meet jacob, cam, hunter and Daniel and we are all best friends 😂😊

Jacobs pov
Layla is coming over like now and my room is a mess so I decided to chuck everything into my wardrobe really quick before she came. I changed into my Nike sweats and one of my old school hoodies and it was oversized but it was warm so I didn't mind. Ding dong
Layla's here!😊 I run downstairs and open the door. "Hey!!" I say picking her up and hugging her. She laughs. I put her down. "Is that your old school?" I ask she nods "is that yours?" She asks me "yea" then I look at her pants " were wearing the same sweats 😂" I say as we walk upstairs "yea😂" she touches my arm "ouch" I say with tears in my eyes "jacob what happend?" She asks me with so much worry in her eyes. "Mark punched me" I say looking at my door and a tear falls from my eye and onto my cheek. She gives me a big hug lets go and kisses me. I felt sparks and butterfly's in my stomach.
Layla's pov
I hugged jacob and for some reason I had the urge to kiss him. So I did and it felt amazing I felt sparks and butterfly's. We pulled away and started blushing. "Wanna watch a movie?" I ask. "Sure" jacob says smiling. We go into his room and he lies down on his bed. I look around his room and he pats a place beside him on the bed telling me to come over. So I do and he puts his arm around me and pulls me towards him for a hug. "Can we watch the scorch trials?" I ask. "Yea I haven't seen it so sure "he says with a big smile. Sooner or later I fell asleep in his arms...
