Hello, my name is Dean and I am a gore addict. It is far beyond healthy and tends to give people a bad impression of me. Usually I'd ignore them and turn to my phone to look up a movie to watch during the weekend. Sadly enough, alone. It was controversial really, I loved gore, horror and blood which made me a loner but there was nothing more that I wanted than someone to cuddle with late at night and watch some stereotypical horror movie.
Ah the problems of a "troubled child". Yeah I may or may not have been forced to go to a psychologist due to my strange "hobbies".

Anyways, turning from the topic of my bloody likes and talking about the cuddle buddy. To be honest I don't want a boyfriend. Or girlfriend. I want someone who would spend their weekend with me, stuffing candyfloss into their mouths as some blond chick got murdered on screen. It was kind of like a sex buddy. But without the sex part.Cuddle buddy. Just cuddles and movies. And food. Being the greysexual I was it would be hard to find someone who wouldn't try to pull "Netflix and chill" shit on my ass (excuse my french).

I had attempted a lot of ways to meet someone: clubs, cinemas even dating/"find friends" websites. All failed. The only thing that has managed to keep me going through this week was a new horror movie that was coming out in cinemas today. Somthing about zombies, ghosts and creepy children that would probably turn out to be a horrible low budget movie but still made me more excited than hallowee( and that was hard to do)

I had chosen the latest hour show, in hope of being rather lonely. Because who on their right mind goes to see a horror movie past 1am?

I pull on my black sweatshirt a run down to my friend's house down the street. Emily, my only friend, is a pastel nightmare who always looks truly stunning and amazing no matter what time. The only reason she had agreed to go was because she could lie she was going to sleep over at my house later when, in fact, she was going to her boyfriend's.

Now sitting in her jeep I realised I would have to walk all the way home. In the cold night this early January. I sigh but retreat to my excited state when we finally reach the big dark mall where the cinema is situated. I leave the car and wave at her quickly before running inside to get away from the cold, now regretting not putting on a coat. I jog up the stairs and to the actual cinema. After buying a ticket and an, absolutely necessary, bucket of candyfloss and a large coke I go to the designated theater out of the 6 available. I had arrived 15 minutes early and seemed to be the only person here, which made me extremely happy. I made my way to my favourite seat and settled in, praying that no one would arrive.

Ten minutes have passed and I was still the only one which made me extremely hopeful. Just as I was imagining the amazing moments I was about to have I heard the door creak open, shattering my dreams.

A boy maybe a year older than me made his way up the stairs. He was very skinny and tall, but what had caught my attention the most was his bright blue hair that seemed to pair with his ocean blue eyes. And I can happily say he was hot. I'm greysexual, not blind. He looked around the room carefully, as if looking for someone. When his eyes found me sitting alone he looked like someone had lifted a weighted of his heart. He made his way to my isle and bent over slightly.

" 'Scuse me, would you mind helping me a bit? You see, I really want to see this movie but no one would join me and I... I tend to get overly scared at horror movies. So...would you mind, I don't know...erm... just letting me sit beside you?" He asks in a hopeful tone. I stare at him, extremely confused.
What? Did this hot, blue haired stranger, who is probably older than me, just asked for help to get through a horror movie? Me?
I was speachless, but then i saw his begging blue eyes that reminded me of a puppy.

I rubbed my chin in thought.
Technically I'd be happy to do so as even I get scared sometimes (I'm not good with characters being chased) but it would ruin the experience too.

I sigh but nod my head slightly. "Sure, whatever, I guess" the stranger's eyes light up and he jumps into the seat next to me.

After setting down his Dr Pepper, he turns to face me and stretches out his hand for me to shake.

"Hi my name's Oliver Blackwell, but call me Oli."He says with a cheerful smile. I shake his hand and answer cheekily "Dean Williams, you can call me Dean" which makes him chuckle.

Just as he's about to say something the lights turn off. And the movie starts. Maybe they wanted to get this over and done with and skipped the ads? I didn't care, it just let me watch the movie faster.

The whole expierience was pretty nice. Oli didn't talk except when he would squeel at jump scares and began to cling onto my arm which soon developed into hiding his head in my shoulder when he was too scared (which was a lot of the time) but it made the whole situation better, and even made me chuckle a few times.

When the end of the movie took the scary climax to the maximum even I felt chill down my spine. With my adrenalin pumping I shut my eyes and flung my head to the side just as Oliver did and well...He gasped and moved his head away and stared at me with wide eyes.

"Oh no, ooh no, oh no, I am so sorry I didn't mean to do that" I stumbled over my apology. His wide eyes slowly regained normal size and his blue pupils gleamed as the cinema lights turned back on. He chuckled lightly making me extremely confused.

"Don't mind it I'm not mad. In fact I'm thankful that you helped me get through this movie. I could really enjoy it with your presence so... do you think we could do it again sometime?" He asked hopefully as he grabbed his empty bottle and stood up facing me.

"Y-Yeah I'd love to. I had a lot of fun" I said and stood up to grabbing my stuff from the holders.

"Yay! Here, I'll give you my number. Text me anytime" He said giving me a piece of a paper and a killer smile. We walked out of the cinema, talking about movies we wanted to watch.

When we split up to go different ways Oli turned back around and called out to me.

"Dean!"

"yeah?" I shouted back

"Your lips taste like candyfloss!" He chuckled and giving me a last smile and running off giggling like an idiot.

I smiled and bit my lip whch was tingling from the accident during the movie. Walking home didn't seem that long while my mind was buzzing with thoughts of the blue hair and blue eyed boy.
