My eyes widened as the cup of white chocolate mocha slipped out of my hands and landed onto the floor. Jacob turned around at the loud thud and saw me, wide-eyed.

 

“Jac..ob? You told him to... break up with me? Ho...w could you?! You saw how heartbroken-” I stuttered.

 

“Mia, please, listen to me! He was cheating on you! CHEATING MIA?! I didn’t want you to be hurt!” Jacob pleaded as he grabbed my hand.

 

“LET GO OFF ME! YOU’RE NOT MY DAD OR BROTHER HOW COULD YOU MAKE THAT DECISION FOR ME? I... I HATE YOU! ” I cried and starting hitting him blindly. He wrapped me in a hug nonetheless and held me tightly. However, I just shrugged him off and ran out, crying.

*JACOB’S POV*

 

i felt like crap. She was right, I wasn’t in any position to make any decisions for her. I should’ve just told her. I needed to get wasted. I hailed a cab and went to the pub. “Vodka.” I slurred after what was my fourth or was it fifth bottle. Whatever. I poured the contents of the bottle down my throat as it burned my throat slowly. I slumped all over the bar as chicks walked in, winking flirtatiously at me. Just then, I felt a girl grinding all over me. I turned around, wanting to push her away. She kissed me and started rolling her hips against me. I felt her hands running up and down my torso and rested my hands on her hips, before moving them down to cup her ass.
