Cat Valentine the Mermaid

          Third person P.O.V.

 Cat's day started out normally, until she was stranded on an island her family went to! Her and her brother, Riley, went exploring, but somehow they split up. Cat was very worried and hugged her purple giraffe, Hippo. " Riley! Help me! I'm lost!",Cat cried. "Cat?", Riley's voice echoed. Cat ran to Riley's voice, but a hole in the ground stopped that. " Hello? Help me!" Cat realized nobody could hear her about 15 minutes later. She cried for a few minutes and dusted off Hippo.

Cat decided she was going to explore, and found this pool. Cat took off her shirt and shorts and swam in the pool. Before she knew it, it was night. She was just about to get out when the pool started bubbling. She was afraid, but took the chance, and sat in the pool. In her three year old mind, she thought"It' s like a huge bubble bath!" she finally got out because Riley made a rope ladder and helped her out. Cat and her family got rescued about an hour after the incident.

She went to her bathroom after arriving home, and took a bath. Cat turned on the water and filled it up three-quarters of the way full, and stepped in. Cat looked up at the ceiling, but felt a tingling sensation on her legs. She slowly looked at her... TAIL! Cat screamed and Riley rushed in to help. Cat was wide eyed and looked at Riley. Riley looked at Cat's tail and fainted. Cat got out and waved her hand over her tail. Mr and Mrs Valentine ran in to see what was going on, and Cat's tail was gone! She was just naked on the floor. Mrs Valentine told Mr Valentine to stay out because Cat was nude. Mrs Valentine dragged Riley out of the bathroom and asked Cat what happened. 

"Mom! I had a ta-" Cat stopped there. "mom should not be told the news"Cat thought and said"I fell out of the tub and Riley came to help but the towel rack fell on him." Mrs Valentine said"well, I will help Riley and you get to bed you need to get some ice, too." Cat nodded and wrapped up in a towel, and headed to her room. She dried off and got into her purple giraffe pajamas and laid down with Hippo.

 The next day Cat went to school and everyone crowded around her and asked,"WHAT WAS ISRAL ISLAND LIKE? DID YOU GET A TAN? DID YOU SCOOBA DIVE?",but one girl from Australia, where the island is, said,"Did you go into the moon pool".Cat giggled at the other questions, but stopped laughing and looked at the girl seriously. "when did the new girl come?", Cat  asked. Tori said,"Oh, this is Esily, and she came yesterday." Cat smiled fakely and walked to the bathroom, but Esily followed her. Cat looked at her and was about to speak, but Esily said,"Yep.I know.I have feelings when someone is a mermaid."
