LoLu? I dont think so.

Natsu hated it when Loke tried to confess his love for Lucy. He'd always try to be a gentleman around her. Why? He's a womanizer anyway. Whenever Loke tried to fascinate Lucy, he felt like he had to intervene some how. His way of doing so annoyed Lucy, but he hated how Lucy brushed it off and continued to be his frined. He understands the whole celestial spirit contract stuff well enough to know she can't just say 'I hate you'. But couldn't she at least set some boundaries?

Well Natsu was only thinking about this when Loke popped up out of no where claiming how he'd capture the monster on their job request. It didn't help that Happy was on Natsu's shoulder saying "You like her" every time he noticed that Natsu was getting irritated. So Loke stayed and kept talking about how much of a badass he was, that when they came face to face with the monster. He asked Lucy to do a forced gate closer. "Oh, I don't think so pal!" Natsu said grabbing his collar and dragging him to the creature. "Open up!" Natsu commanded. The creature opened it's mouth and the raging dragon slayer threw Loke in.

"Natsu! Did you really need to do that?" Lucy yelled. "Yes." He said bluntly. In his mind Loke deserved it. It's the penalty for anyone who flirts with Lucy. It's pain or a quick death. Depending on how much Lucy cared about that person was going to be based on Natsu's choice of punishment. If Loke could die, Natsu would have murdered him by now.

"Natsu get him out of there now, please." Lucy said worriedly. Natsu shook his head. "No, not until you promise me it's NaLu and not LoLu." Lucy rose a brow. "What do you mean by NaLu and not LoLu?" Lucy asked confused. Natsu blushed and looked at the ground. Completely ignoring the screams of Loke inside the monsters mouth. Finally he spoke. " NaLu, it's a combination of our names. And so I wanted to make sure you were mine and no one else's." Lucy blushed and smiled. She had no idea that's how he felt about her. She walked up to him and cupped his face in her hands. She gently kissed him, and pulled back. "Natsu, I'll always be yours." At that Natsu's smile brightened and he grabbed Lucy's hand dashed off somewhere in the forest, leaving Loke behind to be eaten by the monster.

"W-wait! Lucy come back!" Loke cried while still inside the monsters mouth. He noticed Happy snickering. "What're you laughing about? And get me out of here!" Loke yelled. Happy looked at him and laughed. "Sorry Loke, but it's not LoLu. And can't you close your gate?" Loke began to cry. He could close his gate but he wanted Lucy to. "Bye Loke. And good luck!" Happy said as he flew off leaving Loke behind.
