Spider-Man has many abilities. Many have to do with the fact of spider-like powers. Spidey has superhuman strength, the ability to climb walls and other solid objects like walls and stick to them like a spider. He also has spacial awareness which helps when he's web swinging because he always know where he's going without hitting anything. And most of all, let's not forget about spider-sense which alerts him of incoming danger and I forgot to mention superhuman agility. Batman doesn't have any powers. He has gadgets. Spider-Man has a gadget and that's his web shooters. Try to remember that later on.
