How it all started

OK,so maybe school's not my thing but I guess I'll just have to deal with it. .. I get bullied at school - I can't blame them though, if I wasn't such a geek and a very clumsy girl I know they wouldn't approach me -Or maybe not- anyway this is my high school life and I am gonna face it head on ....

I'm not that cool or anything but I keep noticing some changes in my body - not related to puberty - it's more like a superpower kinda thing. I realized that I could read people's minds... it all started in 5th grade but then it was just minor...

A girl at school was being bullied by the 'popular kids' ; Riley,Natalia, Becca and Yasmin . I couldn't stand there and just watch so I confronted them .."Leave her alone" I said "she didn't do anything to you" .Riley Freeman - apparently the leader of the gang, gave the girl an "it's not over" look and left, I stretched out my hand to help her stand, she hesitated a little before she grabbed my hand and as soon as that happened I could tell what she was thinking about.. she wanted to leave the school because of...of...then I didn't get to know the rest because I was frightened so I dropped her hand but before I could take a step,I became dizzy, and fainted.

"Mollie Mollie are you okay?" a voice rings in my ear as I slowly open my eyes everything looks foggy then I blink a couple of times before I could clearly see "are you okay?" she says asks again and I nod slightly it was the nurse asking.. I turned to my left and the girl who I had saved earlier was sitting on a bench,as soon as our eyes met she walked up to me and asked if I was okay and I said I was then she thanked me for saving her then I asked for her name "My name is Anika" she tells me "I'm Mollie" I say and I smile ,she smiled too and we became friends,really good friends.

And that,that's how it all started. .. I don't know if I am the only one with this kind of power but all I know is that it keeps getting stronger and stronger as I grow up. .. Now I don't need to have physical contact with the person before I can read their minds my telepathic power is now getting way out of hand; I can't control it and I don't know who to meet and this is only the beginning .
