Chapter 5

I feel his strongs arms put me down on a flat surface.

the pain radiating throughout my body is almost to much for me and I whimper in pain. i cant really remember much of what happened before this.. only fighting, and remembering the feeling of me being in his arms..

"ssssssh. your gonna be okay." he whispers gently to me. and, for some reason i believed him. the tone of his voice made me belive that everything would be okay, it soothed me and felt like the voice your mother or father uses to calm you down after a night mare. Except this time, my night mare had been real.

he slowly untangles my arms from each other, then lays my body flat. I wince from pain and moan.

"alright, just relax." he whispers, his warm breath tickling my ear.

I do as he says and relax my body, i was in no shape to struggle.

slowly his head bobs down next to my head, his eyes looking straight into mine. "this will sting a little bit." he says with an apologetic look.

i brace myself for whatever was going to happen.

slwoly he leans back then starts muttering gibberish under his breath, all while his hands were in mid air moving over my body.

"what the hell..?" i weath out using much strenght just to get out those simple words.

"ssssshhhh...just relax." he whisper with his eyes still closed.

i weakly lay down and shut me eyes. he was right, this stubg like hornets were stinging your body one by one with every second that passed. it was more than excruciating pain..

a few minuts pass and he's still mumbleing away.

but, i ca start to feel my limbs again. i can feel my wounds closing up. and my bones reconnecting.

at least, i though i could. for all i know couold be going crazy..

the mumbling stops and i open my eyes, weakly still hurt from the process.

"alright, your looking in pretty good shape again." he says eyeing my know closed wounds.

i gasp and sit up slowly next to where his is kneeling.

"W-W-What..H-How..?" i stumble out examining my arms. instaed of gashes there was now only slight bruising.

"well, it was lucky i took that magical healing course." he said shrugging.

i stare blankly at him with an expressionless face, waiting for him to go explain.

he nods his. "alright, so..i guess you want some answers?" he says scratching the back of his neck awkwardly.

i nod my head up and down mindlessly.

'alright, lets sit over here." he says getting up and walking outside of..what seems like a cave.

there was loose rocks on the ceiling and stone walls, and a hard and cold ground.

slowly i got up, still not trusting that i was healed.

i follow him outside, and im met with a sunset over a crystal ocean. theres a ledge right outside of the cave next to some greenery that blocked the little cave and ledge from every angle.

he sits down and taps the spot next to him motioning for me to join him.

i walk over slowly and sit down, looking out to the ocean.

"...so, i suppsose the first thing you need to know is my name." he says looking down and nodding to himself.

i simply give a small nod pulling my knees and now tattered outift up to my chest hugging them.
