Kirby was so pleased to stay in contact with Sidney, Gale and Dewey and was over the moon when Gale had asked her to be her maid of honor along with Sidney and cried a bit over the speeches. Kirby had left before the reception as she had to babysit her baby brother Thomas. When she got home she had spent the night looking through the channels desperate to find something to watch after Thomas had gone to sleep. But instead of watching NBC she ended up watching a documentary of Sidney, Gale, Dewey and in one part of it her. She was easily distressed by it because just thinking of it reminded her of Charlie who stabbed her when he played the innocent victim but turned killer. She still had nightmares of him and Ghost Face and would normally wake up in a pool of sweat. The whole being part of the killings put her off the Stab films entirely as they also reminded her of it. It was only this time she tried to watch and control herself but couldn't help but think someone was watching her. She kept looking outside but didn't see anything until the last minute because she saw a tiny light reflecting the moonlight from a knife blade sliding away from her back door. Kirby stood in fear and didn't want to call anyone because her Mother was out having dinner and Sidney and the others were at the wedding, she stood still for another minute thinking it was fake but she knew it wasn't so she did what anyone would do. She grabbed Thomas and ran with him all the way to her older brother Sebastian's house as she knew she would be safe there. 5 months later... Kirby was bouncing Thomas on her knee when her mother barged into the room and said to Kirby in gasped breaths "Phone..... Now..... Police......Dewey". when she got to the phone Dewey asked her "Do you know Willow Rae" Kirby answered in a shaking voice "Yes... Why? Dewey shouted her in an order "Get to her house now".
