"Finally! Summer break!" You say as the final bell of the school year rang. You and your best friend, Alayna, had just gotten everything out of your lockers and left for break. "I know! It's so exciting! But you can't forget to video chat me over the summer." I know, I will." You say as you walk up to your porch. "See you later Alayna!" "Bye!" You go inside to see boxes laying on the floor. "Mom? What's going on?" Your mother looks at you "you'll love this news, we're moving to San Fransokyo!" You drop your stuff in disbelief "W-why?.." "our landlord said we can move out, so we are moving tomorrow!"
Your eyes fill with tears when you hear 'tomorrow' you run upstairs, instantly video chatting Alayna; your crying plain as day. "Hey (the first letter of your name)- what's wrong?..." Alayna asks you "w-were moving to-morrow to San Fransokyo..." She looked at you in shock "you're leaving me here?.." "I don't have a choice..." She immediately hung up on you. She looked mad when she did. You put your phone on your bed and look at it sadly. You were moving tomorrow and your best friend was mad at you.
