Jrue got home from practice and noticed Lauren dozing off on the couch so he went over and quietly sat next to his wife and kissed her head and noticed Morgan asleep. Lauren smiled and opened her eyes and sleepily said "her scar stories are so bad. She was abused." Jrue nodded and let Lauren continue when she said "can We adopt her." Jrue replied "I was about to ask you that same questions Babe."
They decided to tell Moe about it....
An hour later
Moe woke up to her soon adopted mother shaking her gently awake. The teenager opened her eyes and smiled and said "hi Lauren." Jrue smiled also and she said "Hi Jrue." They both told her hello back and sat her up between them.
Jrue finally asked "how was your nap?" Moe replied "one of the best naps I've ever had." They smiled and Lauren asked "how would you like it if we were your permanent home your "forever family" and your parents." Moe gasped and said "yes yes yes!!" They cheered and then Moe ran upstairs and came back with a folder and handed it to them.
They were both very confused.
