Freaking ow!! What kind of jerk would just run into me li-

"Um hello not gonna apologize for basically smacking me in the face with your face"

I kind of laughed when he said that.

"Um no Mr. You ran into me"
I said while rolling my neck.

"Don't you know who I am! "

"Yeah the boy from that reject band MB.. Right?"
I retorted

He then rolled his eyes and walked in the blue cupcake.

I ran to the register and grabbed my items and just left.

Ariona just went before me and she murdered that stage.

Meagan gave me some words of encouragement but I don't think that was enough.

"Amber!! To the stage please!!"

My adrenaline began to pump through my veins like crazy. I could taste my heart in my throat as hard as it was beating.

It was all in slow motion as I walked on the stage and turned towards the crowd.

I then felt the bass of the music beat.

This is my time.

I performed for my life at that moment.
singing and dancing as if there wasn't a soul.

And for a second that's how I felt.... As if there was no one but me in that room.

I sung to the best of my ability ...and let everything flow ..

When I hit the last note.... I didn't hear a sound....it was so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

I did terrible......

Then out of nowhere the entire auditorium erupted in applause .

Chanting and saying.

"Amber,!!Amber,Amber!!"

I bowed and quickly ran off the stage .

I felt like I could've burst into a million tears.

Afterwards I ran to my bestfriend and we hugged and waited back stage

"Alright now Greensboro NC , y'all waited all night for these results!!!" Walter says with a cheesy smile on his face.

The crowd erupts in screams and yells.

"OK ! 3rd place is...."

"The Paperdolls!!!"

The crowd gives a mediocre clap.

"2ND place is .........2 Crucial!!"

"1st place is.....!!!"

I saw Ariona beginning to stand up and she rolled her eyes at me while straightening her hair.

"AMBER!!!!!"

Her mouth dropped with disgust.

Then I realized.... That's.....Me!!!!!

I walked to the stage while wiping tears of joy.

Walter handed me an envelope and a dash that read "Pre K's most talented kid".... What in the -.....oh makes since now.

"Congrats Ms.Amber, you will be joining MB on tour with Miss Mulatto, Lil Niqo, and the headliner, Bryson Tiller and you will also be the 4th Member of Mindless Behavior."

I'm so happy ...I just stood there with my mouth agape ....I began to daydream as I felt a pair of arms hugging me.

It was Ej.

He congratulates me and then Mike hugs me as well.

Then someone else hugs me from behind and I turn around to look......

It was the guy from the blue cupcake........
