"Bobby's PoV"
"Here's the Payment" I said to the man.
"Your welcome, I'll be off" said the vendor as he walked away into the radioactive desert. ''So what's your name?', I asked the protectron. The robot stayed quiet. ''Okay, then I'll give you one.', I told the robot ''I'll call you robot buddy.' I said as we went into the desert.
TIME SKIP
After several hours of walking and scavenging, me and robot buddy come across a lake with a boat house that has empty whiskey bottles, a torn mattress and a radio with a bullet hole in it. We spent two minutes in the boat house before exiting. We go to examine a boat when we heard buzzing and when you hear buzzing in the Mohave, trouble in the form big blue insects follows. "Great cazodors the best thing in the world" I say sarcastically. Right on cue two young cazodors come right at us. I hit one and it went spiralling back, but it was still alive. Robot buddy was firing his lasers at the other cazodor, but couldn't hit it. I then noticed that his arms weren't moving right, they couldn't move up or down very far and his head laser wasn't even close to hitting the annoying bug. I helped robot buddy by smacking the cazodor in the face. When the bug was stunned robot buddy shot a laser from his head and hit the cazodor and turned it to ash. The other cazodor flew right for me only to meet the same fate as its ally. The two of us ran from the ash piles just in case more cazodors came. I needed to learn what was wrong with robot buddy's arms and fast before another problem like that happens.
