The next day I got called up to the office I was hopeful Ivanna didn't say that I did anything to her. Thankfully it was just one of the secretaries and what looks like some guy behind her. She told me his name is Hunter and that he is new here and she's wondering if I would show him around since all of our classes are the same. I said sure because I thought it will be nice to talk to someone besides my family.
Hunter seems like one of those quiet popular people. So far he seems genuinely pretty nice. He invited me over to his house on Friday. I will be going over to a guys house for the first time. The thing that made today a bad day was when Ivanna showed up to my spot outside. I sadly didn't warn Hunter about her. She saw me sitting next to him and then she walked up to me and said, hey hunch back I think the mad scientist called for you. You should try standing up straight it really helps make someone look a lot better looking. Oh by the way why can't you do the gymnastics unit in gym? Hey maybe you're adopted because everyone else in your family is way better looking. Hey no wonder your mom left you and your dad because she couldn't stand the sight of her ugly daughter. Ivanna didn't know that was an extremely sensitive topic for Valentina. Her mom didn't leave them, her parents divorced because her mom was on drugs .
Then as soon as Ivanna said that I burst into tears that I was trying to hold back but then Hunter said, "hey you okay?" He also started yelling at Ivanna and then asked me if she had done that before, I couldn't lie it was obvious that she had so I said yes. Then hunters face softened then he just gave me a hug and then kissed me that was my first kiss.
