Episode 2, Season 1: Dragon Soul

The young girl had followed Riza into her office so that they would be able to speak privately. Meanwhile, Reese, Hana, and Gaara were arguing in the main hall. Gaar laughed, "you don't look like you would either!" Reese grins. "You wanna find out?" Gaara smirks, "why not?" Hana forces Reese down. "I'm ending this quickly so just grit your teeth!" She puts her hands engulfed in blue mystical flames shaped like a demon. "New Fire Devil Secret Art: Demon Assassination!"

"Reese, knock it off," Jason told him, coming into the spat.

"Open the door and let's take this outside," Reese said to Hana and Gaara.

"You won't last a minute against me," Gaara exclaimed. Reese headbutts Hana away, and Gaara walks outside.

"Reese, you can't go outside," Jason told him.

Riza ignores the commotion in the front of the guild and addresses the girl. "What is it you require from us?" Riza asked. Reese sprints out the door and into the nearby forest. Hana had dodged his attacks.

"It took me the whole day for me to master this move, now stay still," she informed him. She chased after him when he ran out the door.

"Suckers!" Reese called behind him. Gaara chuckled and watched from a tree. Reese looked up at Gaara. "Thanks for letting me out, now maybe I won't kill you."

"As if you could." Gaara responded as Reese ran off into the forest. Odin steps outside and yells to Reese, "You can't leave! come back now!" Hana finds Reese and tackles him to restrain him. "I said let me get rid of the damn demon!"

Kim looks at Riza, inside the office. She clears her throat again. "Well, the other night...my master asked me to fetch something, I cannot remember what exactly, the memory is a blur...And a split second later just like that, I had...paws.." She looks down as she still doesn't quite fully understand her situation. "I was hoping you could help me find out what caused this sudden change, and how it could be fixed..."

Hana tackles him again and again. She jumped onto him every time he threw her off. "Back off brat!" Reese yelled. Riza yelled from inside, "HEY YOU FOOLS! DON'T LET REESE LEAVE!" Reese breaks off into a run, but Odin throws up a rock wall in front of Reese.

"You can't get away from me you naive fool!" Hana yelled.

"One second, darling. I have to go catch this idiot. I can hear that he's running away." Riza told the girl. Reese goes around the wall that Odin made. Kim nodded to her, stepping aside as she listened to the commotion outside.

"Beast Soul Takeover: Griffon!"

Riza leaves the office and runs after the idiot. She grabs him and brings him back to the guild. Odin takes off after Reese and stops and picks up several boulders to hurl them at Reese.

"FIRE DEVIL RAGE!" Hana shouts and then blue flames hit the back of the griffon. The griffon flies around Hana. "Leave me be, squirt!"

"Not until you let me get rid of the demon!" Hana shouts back. Riza grabs the fool and drags him by the collar back to the guild.

"You can't, you idiot!" Reese shouts back at Hana.

"Hana, you can't do that. Even I couldn't." The she growled at Reese. "Don't make me use my magic on you!"

I learned this move for this exact type of demon. It's definitely going to work on a low class like him!" Hana said.

"Please just let me go, I don't wanna be stuck in that damned guild." Reese begged. Then to Hana he said, "Kid you seem like a nice girl, don't make me hurt you."

Riza growled. "Get back here you idiot, or you'll anger the master. You don't want him after you, do you?"

"Hurt me, pssh, you wish," Hana ignored Reese's threat.

"I don't care if you or he comes after me, I'm not gonna be stuck in some damn guild my entire life as your prisoner!" Reese declared. Riza got angry and decided to use offensive magic on him.

"Why would you be our prisoner, jerk wad!" Hana yells.

"Because in that building I can't leave, that witch won't let me," Reese retorted.

"Seeking Shuriken!" Riza yelled, and five dragon scale shurikens repeatedly attacked Reese.

"Stop that!" Reese demands.

Hana backs away and sighs, "When is he ever going to learn?"

Riza narrowed her eyes. "Come back to the guild, you."

"I'm a free animal! You want to cage me; not again, never again will I be caged!" Reese roars. Odin backs off knowing it's not enough and shrugs, walking back to the guild.

Riza growled. "Kunai of the Scales!" Now multiple kunai knives were flung at him. Reese takes serious damage from this attack.

"I'm not going back!" He exclaims.

"Let's go. I don't want to hurt you!" Riza yelled at him.

"No! I'm not some pet you keep locked up!"

Hana walks back to the guild exhausted from using her secret art twice.

"Flaming Shuriken!" A large flaming shuriken was launched at him. Gaara sends sand daggers flying towards Reese. Reese dodges this attack. He stops Riza's shuriken and throws it back at her, but it evaporates before it even touches her.

"Go ahead! Maybe I'll get lucky!" Reese snaps back at Riza. Gaara changes the direction of the sand and shapes it into a fist. Riza widens her stance and focused her energy. She held out her hands and a ball of flaming golden light forms. "Holy Fire Orb!" She launches the powerful attack at Reese. Reese had dodged Gaara's attack, but by doing so is hit by the orb.

Riza smirked. "That should get him." Reese faints and transforms back into a man. Riza sighed. She drags him back into the guild and placed him on a bench. Now that Reese's temper tantrum was over, Riza returned to the girl in her office.

Reese woke up briefly, and "I hate you," before passing out again. Hana comes back into the guild with her chicken on her head, and Gaara pokes Reese's face. Reese wakes up and snatches Gaara's finger. Riza smiled. The guild was coming along quite nicely, and she couldn't wait for what the future had to offer.
