Jade Pov
June was still on his phone I got up
I decided to go look for my missing necklace. So I started to walk towards the tree I seen something glowing.
A whole blown smile came on my face I picked up my pace.
It was still stuck and tangled I started to untangle it two minutes later I got it untangle.
I open it it still has the pic of my Uncle in it . He gave it to me before he died from a gunshot. He was my favorite...... everybody love him thinking about him makes me sad.
Since I was close to the lake I threw it in there
"Jade are you ok?" I heard behind me
I turned around it was Deshawntae.
"Yeah I'm ok" I said
"Are you sure? what did you just threw" said Deshawntae
"Yes I'm sure and a stick" I said
He looked at me
I nodded
He smiled "Sayy I'll race you to the monkey bars" said Deshawntae
I cracked a smile and nodded
We started to run to the monkey bars but sadly he beat me.
"You are such a fast runnner" I said catching my breath
"I know I am" said Deshawntae
I just smiled
"Jade do them monkey bars" said Deshawntae
I look up high and did a gulp like I said I hate heights.
"Do you wanna be the best of them all" said Deshawntae
I nodded and climbed the ladder I grabbed the bar with both hands I looked down at the ground my feet still off the ground I'm so short
"Deshawntae I'm scared" I said
"It's time to get rid of your fear of heights" said Deshawntae
"Okayy" I said grabbing another bar with one hand
I put my other hand on it and just hang there
"Come on Jade 3 more" said Deshawntae
"Im trying!" I said reaching for the third one
I put my other one on it my arms started to hurt but I gotta keep going I grabbed the fourth one and put my other hand on it.
"One more Jade!" said Deshawntae "Let's go" he added cheering me on
See this why he's my favorite sibling he motivates me.
I grabbed the fifth one and put my other hand on it and drop down.
"Go Jade!" said Deshawntae with a smile while clapping
I giggled "Deshawntae" I said
"Just cheering you on" said Deshawntae
I smiled "I know I wish Nevaeh was here" I said
Did I just said that I cover my mouth real quick.
He nodded "She probbaly would've been proud after all them lessons" said Deshawntae
I nodded and uncovered my mouth
"It's getting dark" said Deshawntae
"Already?" I said
He nodded
"Should we get going home so Ashanti dont start worrying" I said
He shook his head no "Im not ready to go home yet" said Deshawntae
"Huh? I said
"There's something I wanna do first that we haven't did in a long time" said Deshawntae grabbing my arm
We walked to a grassy area, He sat down I sat down also.
"You wanna watch the sunset" I said
He nodded
We looked at the sunset
I guess today was pretty good
Now it's time to get serious for tomorrow.

I sat down on the porch worried about whats gonna happen at the court house today. Ashanti said all I gotta do is tell the truth and answer the questions and be honest about them.
I started to mess with my bracelet
"You ready to go" said Ashanti coming out of the house

"Alright come on" said Ashanti going to the car
I got up went to the car and got in

"Keep your head up and get in the back Corey coming also" said Ashanti

I shook my head again and pulled out my phone. See I need to text my Juney bug or maybe I should face time him.

He gave me the are you sure look.

He unzipped his mouth.
"So whats the plan today after I get done with court" I said
"I dont know you tell me" said June
"Hmm go to the mall" I said
"With what money" said June
"Its something called window shopping" I said
"Oh wow" said June
"Yup or maybe we can get some ice cream and take a walk" I said
He nodded
I smiled "You paying though" I said
"What" said June with a look that makes me laugh
I did a laugh "Yes you paying im the lady the man has to be a gentleman and buy the stuff" I said
"Well im not a man or gentle man im a boy" said June being honest that he is not mature all the way and still have a kid brain
I clapped a little "Look at you being so honest" I said "I like that" I added
He laughed "im just telling the truth" said June
I nodded
The car made a whole complete stop
I looked out the window it was a nice big house
"Ooo Corey probably got a white girl" I blurted out

I switch the camera "Look at this house Juney" I said
"Thats a nice house" said June
"Very" I said switching the camera back "Hopefully one day I will live in a house like that" I added relaxing back
"You will" said June
"Huh?" I said
"I can see you living in that house in a couple years" said June

The car door open
"Ooo Corey you got a white girlfriend or a hoe" I said right away

A girl came out of the house I recognize her real quick. Shes val older sister Veronicia shes Corey age
My jaw dropped
Ashanti pulled off right away
