Oh my gosh. I'm late. My parents are so going to kill me when I tell them that I have detention because I was late. How do I explain this!! Do I just say, " Sorry that I got detention! I was late because I was talking to the ghost of your dead daughter."??? How do I say that without sounding crazy? I guess I'll just have to come up with an excuse! Maybe I'll say that I was studying for a test. Yeah, that'll work! Okay, here goes nothing.

" Mom, Dad! I need to talk to you!"
All I got in response was silence.

'That's strange, maybe they're just upstairs listening to music or something.' I think to myself.

I head upstairs with a bad feeling in my stomach.

" Mom! Dad! Where are you?"

I bust into their room and see something that I never thought I would see.
