Dan's First Horse

It was a warm but gloomy day. The clouds covered the sun but it was still warm. I have never ridden a horse before but Phil convinced me it was a good idea. I guess I can trust him but I don't know how to ride a horse. "Hello. My name is Violet and I will be your instructor today." I guess I will learn.

"Let's start with the basics, get on the horse. Your name is Dan right?" At this point I am confused, I have not told her my name yet. "Yes, that is my name. How did you know?" I have no idea how she knew my name. But she kept eyeing Phil up and down and for some reason that made me mad. She is already a creep that knows my name but now she is looking at my friend and I don't like it. I don't know why I don't like it.

"I have heard of you from the internet, but I don't know who he is." She stated with a deadpan tone while still looking at Phil. "Hi! My name is Phil. I am also from the internet." Said Phil with a lot of excitement. Now she is looking at me again and she motions for me to get on the horse. It isn't even a little horse, no it is a huge horse that is almost taller than I am.

"How do you expect me to get on this dinosaur?" Then I notice the foot loops on the saddle and step up. I can feel someone's hands on my lower back and I know it is not Violet. Once I get on the horse I realize Phil helped me get on the horse. "Well I'm on now, what do I do?" I ask Violet but she is still staring at Phil not paying attention and Phil does not even notice his stalker.

I finally got her attention and we continued on with the lesson. Afterwards Phil thought it would be a good idea to rent horses this weekend and go horseback riding. I tried to tell him no but he wouldn't listen. "Come on it will be fun! And anyways you need to learn how to ride a horse-" "Why do I need to know how to ride a horse?" I asked confused on what he has planned. "That is not important right now. Anyways, want to watch Attack on Titans? I can order some pizza." He asked me as if nothing had just happened. "Do you really need to ask?"

We finished our pizza and managed to watch 3 episodes before Phil fell asleep on the couch slouched on my shoulder. I didn't want to wake him but I needed to go to the bathroom. I don't know how to get up without waking him so I just sit there. I can go to the bathroom later. I rest my head on Phil's head and fall asleep.

I wake up how I fell asleep and Phil is still asleep. As I yawn he starts to stir. When he wakes up he looks up and smiles at me. "Good morning." He said sleepily and a little slurred. "Good morning." I say sweetly. He gets up and goes to his room and gets dressed, I finally go to the bathroom. As I'm getting dressed there is a knock on my door. "Hey Dan?" "Hmm?" I responded. "Um... do you want to... I don't know, go to the movies or something?"

We ended up going to the park, the movie we wanted to see was sold out. We watched the ducks by the pond and watched the kids play on the playground. I kind of want a kid. I would get a girl and name her Dee. After the park we went to Starbucks and got iced coffee. As we drank our coffee we talked about what we were going to do next and decided we were going to go shopping. We decided we would go to the shopping center and get a new chair.

When we were at the shopping center, we ran into some subscribers and they were very excited. After we said our goodbyes to them, we were hungry so we went and got some food realizing that we never ate breakfast or lunch. After we ate we started talking and I agreed to go horseback riding if he got me a new pair of shoes.

After the shopping center, it was late and we decided to go home. We ended up with a rainbow chair and new house plant. We forgot the shoes but that is alright because Phil promised we would order Chinese food and spend the entire night watching Attack on Titans or something. I ordered the Chinese food and it came shortly after. We sat on the couch and turned on the TV. A little bit into the night Phil put his hand right next to mine and yawned. He wanted to hold my hand. He never looked over but I decided I would take his hand.
