Magnus Bane

Simon took off once we got back to the institute and tried to get Clary to leave with him which she of course refused to go with him and he stormed out with a heartbroken look on his face. We all knew this was for the best humans aren't supposed to be in this world for a reason. 

I left to short after Simon did to visit an old friend for a drink while they all thought of more ways to get Clary her memories back. I had reached Magnus' house sooner than I expected but was glad I got to see him. 

"Anna, its been to long." Magnus greeted me with a hug and a twirl. 

"It wouldn't have been so long if someone hadn't turn me in to the clave asshole." I said with a sour look on my face but passed him and went straight for his bourbon. "You don't know how much I've missed this." I continued as I pointed to the drink.

"You always did have a drinking problem." He told me with a chuckle as we sat down on his couch together. 

"How do you feel about being my eye candy tonight?" He asked me.

"I'm in as long as you get me boos." He rolled his eyes at my reply and sent me to his room to get ready. I got dressed in a wine/ burgandy color dress with a low cut neck line. 'Damn. I'd sleep with myself.' I thought before walking out to where Magnus was.

He whistled at me before linking his arm with mine and making a portal for us to go to the club.

We arrived and took a seat in the VIP area but that didn't stop guys coming up to us trying to get me to dance which ended up in them getting a harsh glare and the bird until they left. Soon enough the Clary gang showed up to the club looking to speak with Magnus and gave me a surprised look to see me out with him.

"I believe you have something to show me." Magnus said as he greeted the group his eyes looking at Alec a little to long. Magnus took a gem from them and what seemed like to be reminiscing in the memory. 

Clary started asking about her memories and such while I looked at the man in front of me who was already looking down at me. I gave him a solemn look with out realizing Magnus dragging me and throwing me through his portal to take me back to his place. 

"Why'd you just drag me outta there?!" I exclaimed unsure on what just happened. 

"Circle members showed up you were to lost in gaga land to notice. I was not just going to leave you, you are my responsibility Annabelle." He told me with a pissed off look.

"I don't need protecting Magnus I think the hundreds of demons I've killed justify that. I don't need you protecting me I'm not a child. You can't keep making decisions for me!" 

He was about to say something but was stopped by men coming in who started to ambush the place. Magnus looked dumbfounded at what to do at first so I took my sword out and shouted at him to run and get his people to safety. 

Most of the demons were dead when all of a suddon Alec, Jace, Izzy, and Clary walked in. Using my moment of distraction against me I hadn't notice the man behind me until Alec looked my way and an arrow wizzed passed face. As I was about to yell at him I heard a grunt behind me and saw the man burst into ashes. I looked back at Alec and gave him a nod in appreciation before going to look for Magnus.

I found him with Clary up in his room as everyone else came to join me. He was getting ready to move his location and told everyone to hold on. After a quick mini earth quake like feeling we stopped and Magnus looked over at Clary, "I heard you're a pretty good artist come with me."  He beckoned her to another room.

I shook my head knowing what he's about to do. I went over and did the only sane thing I grabbed myself a drink and walked to the couch. 

Not long after I sat down Alec looks at me again, I raise my eyebrows in a way of asking can I help you. "What's he having her do?" He asked. 

"Oh you're gonna love it. Just wait." I said in a sarcastic tone really not wanting to have to deal with what was about to happen. "Its the best demon there is."
