Chapter 2

Amber lifted her head and opened her eyes as she heard the tapping on the car window. She opened the window “Yes?”

“Jung Yi Yun?”

“Yes?”

“Police. Please come out of the car” the guy flashed his badge.

Amber blinked a couple of time, is this because she parked the car here? Without having a bad thought, Amber opened the door and came out. But as she got out, the police grabbed her hand, handcuffed her hands and slammed her against the car hood.

“What is this?!” Amber protested

“Jung Yi Yun, you are under arrest for the crime on Ms. Jung Eunji. You have the right to remind silent”

Amber didn't listen to his words afterward.

“What crime?”

“Like you don't know” the officer said in sarcastic tone.

“Hell I don't. What is the accusation?”

He just stared at her and the long scratch wounds on her cheek.

“That wound should explain everything” he said

“I got arrested for getting in a fight with a friend?” Amber said confusingly.

“Whatever” the officer opened the car door and literally throw Amber on the back seat. He slammed the door and spit on the ground “It's bad enough that man rapes woman but now we even have woman raping woman”

 “Hyung” his partner warned him “We don't even know if she's guilty”

 “Didn't you see the victim? Did you see what she's done to her?”

 “But still, we didn't know the truth” his younger partner opened the door to drive.

 “Whatever, she's guilty I tell you”

“Can you tell me what is it that I'm accused of?” Amber insisted as the officer started the car

“Ms. Jung, you are arrested for the rape on Ms. Jung Eunji”

“What?!” Amber got up and leaned over the bars separating her and the police officers “I didn't do it!”

 “You don't have to tell us anything. Your words might be used against you in court”

 “But I didn't do it” Amber said.

Eunji.

Why?

Amber sighed.

She knew it's her words against hers. Amber remembered the scar on her cheek. That won't be easy to explain.

The younger officer took her and lead her to the interrogation room.

“What something to drink?” He said

“No thank you, but I need to make a phone call” Amber said

“If you are thinking to get a lawyer, he's already here”

“What? How?”

“Your sister already called your lawyer” Officer Hyun said as he closed the door.

Krystal?

How?

Did Eunji call her? Does Krystal believe I'm guilty?

Father is abroad for a month, I don't want him to get the news.

 Amber put her head on the table, sighed, worried about what Krystal thinks. The officers are watching her from the window.
