Chapter 24 " The favor" Sirena's POV

" Yeah why not? I mean you might as well go into an giant squids lair!" I spoke . Percy rolled his eyes " it'll be easy." I spat back " Yeah. It's suicide. It's plenty easy to die right? " Percy said " This is a better idea Sirena! All we have to do is get some ink from a squid. " I interuppted " Yeah a squid that is fifty feet tall and fifty feet wide. As I said... It's a death sentence ." He yelled back " We don't have a choice." I yelled back " Yes! Yes we do! We have Clair as backup. And she's back at the submarine." Percy yelled " Exactly. Sis.... Please?" I finnally agreed. Kymopoleia spoke " You have one hour. You succeed and I shall give you the answer to where Atlantis is. Brace  yourselves. Do not dissapoint me brother and sister. GO!"  The moment she said that Percy and the team swam off.  " I can't see a thing. It's so dark in here! " I exclaimed. " do you know what she meant by sacrifice?" Cass asked me. I answered " Sort of. " He looked worried " Could you tell me?" I nodded then he swam ahead of me . " Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!" It was Annabeth! Six people went down to five." Annabeth!" I covered his mouth. " Stick together?" Cass asked. I answered " I'm afraid we have to split up. Kymopoleia's orders." Cass started to object but I shut him up. " If anyone runs into the squid just scream. I have really good hearing so I'll try to figure out where the sounds coming from." Jack spoke " Guys. This is glow coral it'll help." We all took a peice and split. " Aghhhhhhhhh!!!" That was jack. I am swam as close as I could to the sound but it was inked. I got empty bottle out and scooped it. " Ahhhhhhhhhhhh!!" That was Aly's . I bumped into Percy. " I got the ink. We need to get out of here now. we just need to find the others first then we can book it." " Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!" Cass. I swam as fast as I could. I couldn't find him. " Aghhhhhhh!" Percy. I was the last one standing. I saw movement above me the last thing I heard were the screams of myself then everything went black.
