( if anything is in parenthesis it means that yami and yugi are talking to each other)

I veered away from a group of kids walking and sighed, "Why did you drag me to this...what is it called again?" I gave Azume a puzzled stare.

She glared at me mockingly. "It's called an amusement park, stupid. Stop being such a royal pain and have some fun! And anyway, the only reason I dragged you here is because you wanted to know what a roller coaster was." She breathed and did one of her mini twirls around a tree that happened to be close by. I rolled my eyes. The only reason I wanted to know what a roller coaster was was because Yugi refused to tell me.

"You have to go experience it yourself, Yami, I don't want to ruin the surprise!" he said joyfully on the night I finally asked him.

I was surprised that he wasn't popping up every once and a while, he was always going on about how fun amusement parks could be. I realized that he was happy watching from the background in this case, since I had never been to an amusement park before.

"Azume, I'm hungry, let's go get some-" I started.

I heard a soft popping noise and groaned.

"Cotton candy! I'll buy if your nice Yami!" a voice yelled behind me.

"You know how much I hate it when you do that, Eris," I whined, turning around. Sure enough, there she was, with her blond hair and wand. Today, though, she had a blue baseball cap on. I noticed she was hovering about two inches off the ground; she loved to showcase the fact that she was a sorceress.

"Why do you have a blue baseball hat? Don't you usually wear a yellow fedora?" I questioned, hearing Azume approach me from behind.

She twirled her wand and put her hand on her hip. She looked up and closed her eyes, then looked at me. "Because Seto has a blue eyes, and this is Kaiba Land, so I'm wearin' team colors. Oh, and by the way, hello Azume, nice to see you here. How hard was it to drag Yami all the way here, hmm?" She smiled and waved at Azume.

"Very hard. You know, he whines more than a pharaoh should. He can be a handful, but I do my best." Azume winked at me and I groaned again.

"I do not whine!" I cried, feeling embarrassed.

"Oh sure, Yami, whatever you say," she laughed.

Eris walked up to me and put a finger on my chest. It made my light blue t-shirt ripple, and the millennium puzzle swayed slightly.

"Have you gone on the blue eyes racer yet. It's the biggest roller coaster here. After we get that cotton candy, I'll take you on. We don't have to wait in line like other people!" She cocked her head to one side while Azume looked at her with mock suspicion. I grabbed her hand and pushed it away from me, while she giggled.

Azume stood next to me and put a hand on my shoulder. The other hand was on her hip.

("Ooh, Yami, we should go on that coaster, but I bet Eris is going to pull one of her tricks to cut the line, so watch out," Yugi warned.

"Don't worry if I cant stop her tricks, Azume will, I mean, they are like best friends." Yugi shrugged and nodded.)

Before I could say anything about magic, Azume jumped in. "Why don't we have to wait in line? I hope you aren't going to use magic to cheat!" she warned.

Eris smiled like the Cheshire Cat and giggled. She raised her left leg slightly and said, "Oh, don't worry, I'm not that bad. No actually, I have a VIP pass to all rides and attractions-no tricks, no magic, just a little sticker that says VIP. Which means Very Important Person, Yami."

"But how do you have this V-I-P pass anyway?" I asked, glad she told me what VIP meant.

Eris crossed her arms and giggled again. "Because we are at KAIBA Land, and I happen to know both big and little Kaiba... Speaking of Kaiba, there's the little one now. Hey, Mokuba, over here!" She waved to someone behind us, and I turned.

Mokuba heard Eris and looked around. When he finally saw the three of us, he ran over. He had a walkie-talkie that was constantly buzzing in one hand and somehing that looked like a blue-tinted otton ball in the other. "Oh, hey guys! Good to see you. I'm just checking that all the rides are working. Seto is at the Blue-eyes Racer. He's probably arguing with one of the operaters right now. He wanted me to tell you that he has a new dueling arena near the Ferris Wheel, and he's holding a tournament there. The grand prize is a Dark Magician Girl of Wisdom. Oh, and Eris, did they give you that VIP pass when you came in, or did you just wave your wand or something and it just poofed into your hand?"

"Nope!" Eris chirped. "This is from your brother." She waved the VIP pass in Mokuba's face. I rolled my eyes.

"You got a pass from Seto?" Azume's eyes were wide. "Impressive. I thought he hated you!"

"He does..." Eris whirled around to face Azume and I, smirking. "Or so he says."

Mokuba, Azume and I stared at Eris as she chuckled to herself and eyed the Blue-eyes Racer. An awkward silence followed. Azume finally groaned and glowered at us.

"Can we go now? I really want to go on that stupid coaster!" she whined, twirling a strand of her hair and eating a tuft of the sameblue fluffy stuff that mokuba had; it apparently had just suddenly appeared in her hand. I groaned to Eris, who smiled and tapped her red wand on my now folded arms. an ice cream cone appeared in front of me, floating in mid air. I glared at her, but against my better judgement, I snatched it out of the sky and licked it silently.

(you know, ever since I came here I have been trying new things, but my favorite thing by far is chocolate ice cream" I mumbled

Yugi looked at me and smiled "I told you, but I still think you should try a hamburger." he said

I shrugged "I refuse to try something that isn't properly named, Yugi. My father always said that if it doesn't fit the name, stay away from it, and lets just saywhen I don't listen to my father, bad stuff happens." I argued. Yugi shook his head in disagreement and I looked away.)

"let's head over to the ride, I would like to see what you girls are so excited about! Ack! My head really hurts!" I put my hand to my head and crumbled to the ground from sudden pain. Eris and Azume both dropped to the ground to check me. Azume saw the ice cream cone on the ground and smiled. She put her hand on my shoulder again and said "it's ok Yami, it's called a brain freeze, it's from the ice cream. Put your tongue on the roof of your mouth and it will go away." Eris giggled as I did just that. The pain subsided and I rose to my feet, dusting off my grey shorts.

"you are soo innocent Yami, even a child knows what a brain freeze is. Now that that nonsense is over, let's go on that ride!" she laughed, tapping her wnd on my head several times before taking a large step towards the light blue contraption that was apparently the blue eyes racer.

We said goodby to Mokuba, who had resumed checking rides, and followed Eris to a building that housed the entrance to the ride. Eris ran ahead of us and chatted with a man at big blue door that read: blue eyes racer- high thrill roller coaster. She appeared to get slightly annoyed at something he said, because her hair flashed red and blew upward Ike a gust of wind had come through. She stomped her foot and crossed her arms, but the man shook his head. After a while of her argueing, she threw up her arms and atomped away from him. she put the tip of her wand to her lip and gazed into space, even though it appeared as if she was looking right at me. She was thinking hard about something and getting annoyed, That much I could tell.

"what's wrong Eris, can't we go on the ride?" Azume asked, her blue eyes displaying her curiousness.

Eris snapped back to attention, her now purple eyes (probably meaning she was flaring angry) flashed with anger, then curiosity. "the stupid guard won't let us in cause Seto shut down the ride. But I know a way in, and I'm sure Seto won't mind since he's there." she raised her wand but I put my hand on it "oh no Eris, I hate 'popping in' and I don't think it's right!" she stomped her foot and I grabbed her wand away.

"since when is anything I do right. But if you don't like popping I won't do popping," she snapped her fingers and the wand disappeared from my hand and appeared in hers. "I won't do popping, but you never said anything about poofing!" she giggled, and before I could stop her she twirled her wand, it was then that I noticed her hair was orange.
