Although this is a JoJo's Bizzare Adventure Fanfic, it will (probably) have no character or events from the real series. The Speedwagon Foundation being a part of this is (most likely) the closest you will ever get to a cameo appearance from a character. In this Au there is a Jotaro and Dio fight, it's set in about that time range.
Don't worry though there are plenty of wonderful Oc's, Stands, and vampires. Please Enjoy!

"Florence, what the hell is this?" Lucy questioned the appearance of the nilla folder in front of her, "I just got back from an assignment, they wouldn't send me out again so soon, would they?"

"They are debating EVER sending you out again after that one massacre in Africa" Florence breathed stiffly as he pushed the folder closer to her.

"Aww, come on, it's not even really a massacre...everyone got resurrected after!" Lucy pouted giving her best attempt at puppy eyes, but looking threatening rather than adorable. Florence merely rolled his eyes and continued. He had been the assigned arbitrator to Lucy Noel since the Speedwagon Foundation had realized that she was a "high risk" asset.

Lucy's Stand, Cat Came Back, was powerful. And once more, useful. SO useful in fact, that eight of the ten board directors looked the other way on the mass amounts of property damage, and the massacres.

It was fairly normal for a stand user to be drawn into a large scale drastic battle in densely populated areas, one might even call it an occupational hazzard. But Lucy didn't get dragged... no, she did the dragging. Every mission she was placed in culminated in a battle and thousands of civilian deaths. However, due to her stand's ability, as long the people were killed by her, they would revive by the time the battle was over, entirely unaffected by the damage to the surrounding area. It was a rather elegant system that saved countless civilians (especially since the only way for Lucy to permanently kill something was to kill it and then herself. Her stand would then only revive her, none of her most recent kills.) except when you consider the physiological effects of the power.

Florence focused his stand's power into his eyes and his dusty brown orbs flickered gold. Florence's stand wasn't nearly as powerful as Lucy's, but it was damn important. Renaissance could read other stands, usually this took physical contact with the being in question, but he had measured Lucy so may countless times, they had known each other for so many years that he could pick up her wavelength from across the room, even if she was trying to conceal it. Not that she ever tried to be stealthy, lord knew this woman had the subtly of a gun.

The numbers were different, they always were... speed, strength, agility... only the ability and physicality of her stand ever remained consistent.

Unstable.

Her psyche was in a constant spiral... and her soul fluctuated as much as the manifestation that stood by her side. Which only made the mission presented seem even more out of place.

"All I know is that these orders came from on high. You're stuck with this assignment... and your partner." he had kept that last part to himself for as long as he could. Unlike Lucy he had read the file, he knew exactly what she'd been selected for.

"Oh hell no, blondie! I am not going on a mission with a babysitter!" Lucy raged as a dangerous glint came to her eyes.

"Now, now, psycho, calm down. You don't have a babysitter... you are the babysitter" he mumbled out the last bit, almost hoping she hadn't heard it.

"What. Was. That." she asked dangerously quiet.

"You're the babysitter...you're going to be taking a rookie out on their first mission."
