It was Christmas morning or also known as the Corporal's birthday. Hanji wanted to throw a surprise party for him so she assigned each cadet with a task to prepare for the party before the Corporal gets back from a business trip in Wall Sina.You,(y/n) (l/n) have been assigned to make cookies to be served at the party but Hanji decided this was a good way to use her "matchmaking" abilities.
She has assigned your crush, Eren Jaeger to be your assistant and so here you are in the kitchen alone with Eren Jaeger right beside you.
Flash back....
"Hanji!! How could you!?! You should know how I feel whenever I'm around him!!" You exclaimed in panic at the brunette behind the privacy of her office doors.
"Huehuehue~~ of course I know how you feel and that is precisely why I'm assigning him to be your assistant~~" Hanji said with a mischievous smile. "Have fun with Eren beside you, (y/n). I'll make sure no one comes near the kitchen so you can get closer to him without anyone invading your privacy~~" Hanji continued.
"B..b..but I won't be able to concentrate when making the cookies...Hanji assigned someone else to me,please please please!! Anyone but him!" You complained and begged Hanji showing your puppy eyes which shined brightly in its (e/c) hues.
"No can do (y/n)~~ It has already been decided who you're partner is so enjoy it while it lasts!" Hanji said with excitement while her eyes shined with joy behind her glasses.
"Ugh...fine...but I'm blaming you if the cookies turn out a disaster!" You finally complied but not in delight of course.
"Yayyyyy!!!" Hanji jumped around in excitement while squealing like a fan girl who's favourite ship just sailed.
End of flashback

The kitchen was engulfed in the aroma of vanilla and chocolate. A mess of flour spread upon the kitchen counter. You were mixing another batch of cookie dough while Eren was decorating the latest batch of buttercream cookies. You couldn't help but stare at him as he worked his magic on the batch of cookies, drawing pretty snowflakes delicately on each cookie and sprinkling icing sugar to add a touch of sweetness and elegance to the buttercream cookies. His face slightly covered in flour, a look of concentration adorning his boyish features, dreamy turquoise eyes focused on his work on the cookies.
"Enjoy seeing me decorating cookies?" Eren spoke with a smirk. You yelped in surprise,realising you had been staring for quite awhile.
"I..I..its not like that... I'm just surprised at how good you are at that" you said pointing towards his work on the cookies with a dust of pink upon your cheeks.
"I see. Well (y/n), want me to teach you how to decorate cookies?" Eren said with a kind smile. You couldn't say anything before he took your mixing bowl and spoon in one hand and gently pulled you by your wrist so you were closer to him.
His chest was against your back, engulfed in his warmth as he took your hand and placed a piping bag in it. He guided your hand as you were decorating the cookies, his warm breath right beside your ear as he leaned closer onto your back. Your breath hitched and face a million shades of red.
"Not bad (y/n)" He said as he took the cookie you had just decorated. He took a bite of it. "Mmmm...sweet, just like you" he whispered into your ear as he smiled seductively.
He spun you around to face him, his arms snaked around your waist. Your hands on his chest, you looked up to face him. His turquoise eyes filled with passion and lust as you looked into his eyes with your glimmering (e/c) eyes. Before you could say anything, his cold lips crashed onto your soft one's. One of his hands moved up to the back of your hair, intertwining his fingers into your (h/l) (h/c) hair. As you melted into his passionate kiss,your arms moved to his shoulders. He licked your bottom lip begging for entrance which you immediately gave. Your tongues battled for dominance which he immediately won. His tongue exploring every inch of your mouth until he found your sweet spot, earning a sweet moan of pleasure from you which he gladly swallowed, you felt him smiling against your lips. He tasted of buttercream and sugar, oh so sweet.
After what seemed like an eternity of pure bliss, he broke apart from you gently, still holding onto you in an embrace.
"So (y/n), I love you. Will you be my girlfriend?" Eren said with his dazzling smile while gazing into your (e/c) eyes with his bright and hopeful turquoise hues.
"Yes, Eren. I would love to be your girlfriend." You said as your eyes started to water. Tears of happiness flowing down your cheeks.
Eren smiled, he cupped your face with his hands. He used his thumbs to wipe away your tears before pulling you closer until he closed the distance with a loving kiss.
'Can't believe I'm saying this...but thanks, Hanji' you thought.
