Chapter 12

I've gotten really well, so I might be able to go to school tomorrow, but I really don't want to see Missy. I need to finish that paper with Lucas and rehearse my lines until I get it right! Lucas brought me over a script so, YAY! I walk up stairs ( actually able to this time ) and grab my journal. I still need to think of a title. I made my chorus and bridge and stuff, but no title. Plus, Lucas is coming over, so maybe he can help. I takes about 30 minutes but I finally think of a title. Right Now, by Sabrina Carpenter. (Lol *wink wink*) That's gonna be my fake name because if someone asks who wrote the song I'll just say that. It also has a nice tone. The door bell rings. I hide my journal, then go downstairs to answer the door.

"You're 30 minutes late!"

"Geez, sorry, your like an over protective girlfriend!"

"In your dreams!" Well actually in MY dreams. "Plus every freaking girl in school will attack me if I started dating you, your the hot-" I shut myself up. He smirks.

"You think I'm hot?" I quickly make up a lie to snap at him. Even though he is very hot.

"Erm, hell nah! I was saying it from all the other girls perspectives, besides Riley, they think your hot, I think your a baboon that need help changing, because your lying on piles of cash that you hired a person to help you do everything your usually supposed to do by yourself!" I calm myself down. "Let's finish the paper."

I walk up stairs and he follows. We sit on my bed again, "Okay you can finish the paper!"

"Yeah, yeah." I wrote most of the four pages yesterday, so it's his turn. He takes 30 minutes to finish the paper and an hour to edit the whole thing. I just use my phone most of the time. By then it's 2:47.

"See, it's easy as Abc!"

"Stop."

I laugh. "Lol, no."

''Yeah, yeah, whatever." He leans back on my pillow. He looks slightly uncomfortable, then he lifts up my pillow. I bite my lip and look down. He grabs the book.

"And what's this?" I try and grab but he stands up, and because I'm much shorter than him, I can't grab my journal. He starts flipping the pages.

"Give it back!" I screech.

"And when do you write songs?" He pauses to think,"Besides the time I saw you singing that 'Eyes Pretty Open' thing." I cross my arms and don't say anything. "Wow silent treatment until I give it back to you." I look away. "Fine I'll kiss you if you don't start talking and we both know you don't want that." I would actually like that, so silent treatment is working! He starts leaning in. We are centimeters apart. Then Farkle comes into the room.

"Don't do that unless you wanna get killed." Lucas turns around. I stick out my tongue at him. He rolls his eyes. "I will install cameras if I need to!"

"And if I do kiss her, ever?"

"Then your intestines will be ripped out of your ass while your sleeping."

"And I thought we were friends!"

"Oh, dude, come on, of course we are, I just don't want you sucking on my little sisters face!"

"Hey! It's only 1 year!" I yell at him. "Well, whatever, I'm going to Riley's house." I grab my journal out of his hand, and head to Riley's house. I knock on the door for once in my life,instead of climbing a tree and entering her window. ( They don't live in NY, so that's why there is no fire escape, but I haven't established where they live yet, so you guys can suggest. ) Riley opens the door, and once she realizes it's me she pulls me. "Hey."

"YOU SAY THAT SO CALMLY EVEN THOUGH OUR SHIP IS SAILING RIGHT UNDER YOUR FREAKING NOSE!" She drags me into her room. "AND YOUR NOT SICK!"

"Err which ship," I start counting on my fingers," There's Stydia, Bellarke, Linctavia, Peybrina, Riarkle-" She stops me.

"What?"

"R. I. A. R. K. L. E." I smirk and before she kills me," Also, Lucas almost kissed me!" I scream. She almost starts to scream with me but, she doesn't.

"Almost?" I sigh.

"Yeah, Farkle is gonna act like a dad now and is gonna be over protective of me dating him or anyone else. So when he almost kissed me he interrupted."

"I hate him!" I look at her.

"We both know that's not true, you've liked him since like the first grade."

"Well, I did, but I haven't cried over him! You rant to me how that if he doesn't start dating you by the end of High School, you'll die!"

"I was being carsastic! Wait, I mean sarcastic, okay..." Well that was embarrassing,"But think of how awkward it's gonna be tomorrow. I'm better, and I have to go to school! We have every single class together, and he almost freaking kissed me. Plus, somehow that's gonna go around because people are hella creepy, and every girl is gonna kill me! And if they really want to kill me, then maybe you, too!"

"Calm down Peaches! It won't be that bad, he was probably acting, too! He's kissed plenty of girls probably, so he's not gonna think of anything of it." She tries to calm me down.

"YEAH, BUT I"M GOING TO BEING THINKING OF SHIT ALL DAY AND THAT'S GOING TO BE ON TOP OF MY LIST!"

"Hey, quiet down, Auggie is here!" I tried to start cursing but she covers me mouth with her hand. "Shut up! You'll be fine!"

{ Monday }

I'm breathing heavily, Lucas is going to pick us up for the first time ever, and from what happened yesterday, I'm hoping we'll just ignore the topic. Farkle eyes me. I'm also gonna try and ignore him as much as possible, too, he'll also make it awkward. I hear a honk in the front. He's also picking up Riles so that's a plus. I grab my backpack with Farkle and head out the door. I sit in the back seat with Riley and reach to turn on the radio. Lucas smacks my hand away. Wow, thanks. I turn on the radio anyway and start singing along with Riley to the song Dangerous Woman. We arrive at school and we go our separate ways. Well Lucas follows me 'Cause we have every single class together, so if he skips it'll be a miracle! Okay, into class we go!
