Victoria's P.O.VI was waiting at the SeaTac Airport for Charlotte to arrive. She was suppose to pick me up at 9:00p.m. but of course, she was late. The air was crisp and cold, a light snow began to fall. After what seemed to be forever, she arrived in her black Land Rover. Pulling up to the curve she jumped out embracing me in a warm hug. I put my bags in the back of the car and sat myself in the passenger seat.
"So, how have you been Victoria? How's the college life treating you?! Got any guys your interested in? How are your grades?" She piled on the questions, one after the other.
"Im doing well, and college is going alright. And for the interest in guys.... well. There's someone, but-".
She cut me off there, her full attention was on me and what I had to say about my love life. We drove on the back roads to get to our parents house. The two of us talked non-stop the whole way. It was pitch black outside and we were the only ones on that road. The drive was going great until there was a figure in the middle of the road. Just standing there, he looked confused but his stature almost resembled a lifeless body. Charlotte slammed on the breaks and we slid off the road. Our car rolled and landed upside down. My mind blurred and everything went black.
