I know that back then it was horrible for my people. Having your kids being taken from you for no reason, being a slave and being killed. And I'm so happy that none of that happens anymore. But racism still exists and I hope that when It time for me to have kids, that there's no such thing as racism anymore but that just a dream because there will always be racist people in our world. It doesn't hurt to hope.
