Patricia

She was furious and shocked.

She never wanted it.

She never wished for it.

Yes, it's her first kiss.

It was her first time to feel something softer than a cotton and something sweeter than the sweetest sweet ever-made.

But then again, what was she thinking?!

It wasn't soft and sweet! It was disgusting!

She would remind herself.

"Hey Pat", her bestfriend greeted her upon entering their noble home.

Yes. She lives with her best friend not her family.

Don't ask why.

She doesn't wanna talk about it.

She ignored her and went up stairs leaving a curious and distort face of her sister in heart.

Ivan

So, yes, he followed her.

He knew where she lives.

He smiled secretly.

Agreed, he looks insane smiling without a reason.

But then, there is a reason why he is smiling, isn't it?

Still wearing that smile, he started to walk back to his car, apparently to the park.

Suddenly, he bumped into someone.

It was a girl.

A girl with a curly blonde hair.

"Sorry", he replied.

Of course an accidental bump wouldn't ruin his whole day.

He just smiled at her then continued walking.

Suddenly he stopped as if something suddenly showed up in his mind.

But this wasn't something, it was someone and this wasn't the goddess he stalked but the blondie he bumped into.

It felt like he was a bit attracted to her.

It was like he needed her for something he wanted and needed more.

He shook his head at that thought.

It's not right.

He is supposed to be attracted to one girl.

Only one.

He continued walking as he shuddered at that thought.

Patricia

Feeling guilty she ignored the only person that really showed concern to her, she went back to the living room to at least chat with her.

But upon going down stairs, she noticed that no one was home except for her.

Has she gone too far?

She was about to go back to her room when she heard the door open.

"Hey", a she-voice greeted her.

For once, she was relieved.

She thought the only person she treasured would be lost.

Yes, she's sensitive when it comes to such things because for a reason.

Once again, she doesn't want to talk about it.

"Oh. Hi", she replied as she managed to plaster a small smile on her face, "Why were you outside, Taylor?".

"I just went out to put out the trash",Taylor shortly replied as she went straight to the kitchen fetching herself a drink.

Naturally, she followed her.

She knew something's wrong.

She was the best friend afterall.

"Hey. You okay?", she asked sitting on the counter.

Taylor just smiled as a sign of assurance that she's okay.

But then again, she's her best friend and she knows almost everything about her.

She knows that it's fake.

"C'mon Taylor Elizabeth Brodie. I know you and I know you're hiding sonething", she said making eye contact.

Her voice was stern like a mother hen scolding her little chicks.

Taylor suddenly felt uneasy as if she also knew Patricia's attitude as a best friend.

"You can trust me Bes", she said.

Her voice became sweeter this time like a comforting mother to a crying baby.

"Just tell me", she said.

"Fine", Taylor finally gave in.

Patricia showed a smile of success.

"How will you know if you are in love?", Taylor asked which made her surprised.

Then, she asked herself.

"Was it really love? Or was it only an infatuation?"

She shook those thoughts then managed to fake a smile.

"Sorry. I don't know", she half-lied, "I've never been in love".

Well, white lies are excuseable, right?

"Really?", Taylor seemed unsatisfied, "That kind of beauty? Never had a boyfriend?".

She laughed at her friend's reaction.

"Yes. Really", she giggled.

She really hadn't had a boyfriend before.

Not even once.

Although it is hard to believe, that is the truth.

Well falling in love is an exception.

"Going back to your surprising question, why'd you ask?", she questioned.

"Well, I'm really not sure if this is love at first sight", Taylor's mood suddenly felt bubbly as if she just drank a thousand bottles of enery drink, "But, if this isn't love maybe I am starting to like someone".

Patricia suddenly felt her blood rising.

She was not possessive.

Well, let's say, a bit.

But it wasn't being possessive but she is just being territorial and cautious.

She doesn't like to see her best friend drowning herself into the pain and tears just like she experienced.

"Hmmm?", she managed to say trying to hide her anger.

A moment of silence cradled the whole kitchen.

Then,

"He was just so cute!", Taylor suddenly exclaimed daydreaming.

For the first time, she wasn't worried about her friend's soon-to-be relationship.

Because the first thing, or should we say person, she remembered with the word cute...

Was the boy who just stole her first kiss...
