Chapter 2

Noah Mossy's P.O.V.

It's only been a few says since we've seen abi and its getting so hard to leave her. I hated it but i

knew she was taken care of, Marge had made sure of that. Marge was like a mother to Abi and I

knew shed do anything to pretect her and wade. Even Marge's Sons Parker and Slater looked after

them, at first I thought that Parker had something for Abi, maybe even feelings but that turned into a

brother sister relationship. Since the day Wade was born my cousins and I increased our visits to

every Thursday night. If my Alpha found out that we knew where his daughter has been this whole

time I would hate to think what he would so to us. She was his pride. Yeah, he had Ellie and he

loved her but she was nothing like him. I think she was like Joleyn, their mom. Not that I know her,

one day some lady showed up with two car seats demanding to see Ryan. she was literally more

worried about her nails than the babies crying. after a big argument she left, and that was the last

time anyone saw Joellyn. Of coarse this is what I was told by my father, for some reason i don't

think he liked her very much and to come to think of it i don't either. what kind of mother would just

leave her infants and never come back?

Maybe if things were different, Maybe if Reilly hadn't done what he did then things would be like they

were; like they should have been. We would have our future Luna back. Just thinking of that little

prick made me angry, every time that I saw him I wanted to pop his head off his shoulders. Hell,

now he had mated with Eliie, of all people and she knew what he had done and she still accepted

him. We needed Abi back before the full moon. At this point i don't know how that will ever be

possible...she hasn't even found her mate yet.

I was brought out of my thought when I felt my Phone vibrating.

.......It was Abilene.

"Abi?" I questioned a little confused.

"No, its the black plague." she said dully

"Ah, theres the cousin I love so much. so whats up sunshine?"

there was a pause

"No wade you cannot eat that glue!"

I heard Abilene yell at Wade, I had to laugh. That little boy did some of the weirdest things to irritate

his mom. He knew he could eat glue or make his trian surf in the toilet but Abi didnt know that he

knew that. he did all of that just to get to her. He loved his mother more then anything but even at

nearly two years old he knew she needed to loosen up a little bit.

"Black plague?" i questioned after it got quiet for a little bit, assuming she took the glue from Wade.

"Shut up, Ark, did you find your animals yet?" she returned the insult nicely. that's what I loved the

most about her. We could carry on conversations like this for hours.

"Yep, just couldn't find those damn unicorns."

"I need you to watch Wade for me, pllllleeeeaaassseee?" she intentionally drug out the please

knowing that i couldnt say no to that.

"sure, when?" I asked. I would watch little man anytime. she knew that and im sure anyone of use

would do anything for her.

"Tonight, Wyatt's brother is in town looking at the books like normal but I have no clue for the love of

Pete why he wants me there. Especially if Claire is practically dry humping his side." she giggled a

little bit. Wyatt's brother, Lee was the main backer in his Mechanic business. Not that their family

needed to worry about money but as it is I suspect they just wanted to make sure they weren't

wasting money.

"Why do you have to go?" this time i was confused.

She snorted very unlady like "Who knows. he probably needs help adding his numbers, you know

guys like that. Paying their way through school." she did have a point.

"Alright then, Ill be over in a few. I have to finish somethings up with the alpha."

there was another pause, she froze whenever I brought up Ryan.

"Thanks Bub." i could almost hear her smile if that makes any sense. I liked when she called me

that, we were all like siblings. All of us just a year apart.

"Alpha" I addressed Uncle Ryan.

"Stop that Noah, Its uncle Ryan, you know that." he said from behind his mahogany desk. Ryan's

office was bigger than most living rooms. along one wall there was nothing but book shelves full of

books that he has probably read more than once. the other wall held a flat screen TV that was most

likely the biggest i have ever seen. His desk was in the middle over looking the courtyard. Yes we

did live in a castle. weird, I know but we've always had money. I wasn't some spoiled rich kid , I

know what your thinking but Im not, none of us are, for everything that we had we worked for.

we didn't get a free ride in school either. we earned every grade. Im glad that was one thing our

parents instilled in us. Hard work is all any of us has known.

"Sorry, are we done here?" I questioned, slightly bowing his head. He wrinkled his forehead, Jesus

Abi looked just like her father when she did that. Wade looked just like his grandfather, it was

unreal. sometimes it was like looking at a little Ryan.

"Yes actually, Your father and I will finish up here. where are you off to tonight?" oh shit, i thought. its

like his eyes could see right through me.

"Hanging out with my buddy Wade tonight." well it was the truth, maybe a little lie but no one could

tell.

"I need to meet this Wade sometime. he seems to have worked his way up your chain of trust." holy

flying monkeys ass. Yes I did just say that, don't judge. my heart just fell through to my stomach.

"Um sure?" I wasnt if that was a statement or question but they must have not noticed.

My father, also the Beta Nodded in agreement. shit, how the hell could i pull that one off?

"Your excused." he finally muttered. unfortunately before i could make it to the door he called my

name one more time.

"Bring Wade to the Halloween Party." I was totally screwed. there was no way that I could pull that

one off. I just nodded and took off quicker than shit.
