Ivy's POV

Hi. My name is Ivy Nikole Miller. I am 14 years old. I live in England. I have long brown hair that is straight. I have grey blue eyes that turn green when I cry or am sad. I am tan. I am 5' 3". My birthday is May 21. I am an orphan. My mum is dead and my dad is in jail.

I share a room with my best friend Anna Elizabeth Sky. Anna has long wavy black hair. Her eyes are dark blue with silver mixed in. She is really pale. She is 5'9". Her parents both are dead and she has no siblings. Her birthday is June 16.

We watch youtube all the time. My favourite youtubers are Danisnotonfire, Amazingphil, Tyler Oakley, Troye Sivan, Connor Franta and Thatcherjoe. Anna likes Pointlessblog, Zoella, Caspar Lee, Kurthugoschneider, Joey Graceffa and Tyler Oakley. Our room is covered in posters of them.

Ms. Callumsworth is the head of the orphanage and she is not nice. She makes us do chores all day everyday and we get to go on YouTube once we have finished all of the chores. If you finish your chores then you get to help someone else with their chores. Anna and I are the oldest kids here. She is 13 about to turn 14. All of the other kids are 10 or younger.

I had just finished my chores. It is Saturday so people looking to adopt will be here today. I just sat on my bed to start watching YouTube before lunch when the adopter bell rang. Everyone rushes to their room to put on their best clothes.

I go into my closet and pull out a white dress with cerulean blue and black flowers on it, a black belt divides the top from the bottom portion, and black lace is poking out of the bottom of it. It has spaghetti straps on it. I put a short-sleeved black cover-up on top of it. I keep on my heart shaped locket that has a picture of my mum on one side and the other side is empty. It was supposed to have a picture of the two of us right there but she died when I was born. On one side it has diamonds and on the other side, it is engraved with 'Love Mom 2001'. I then put on black flats to go with it.

Then, I rush out of my room and down the stairs. I go to the front of the line and start fixing the younger kids' outfits and hair. Because I am the oldest kid here, I have to make sure that the younger ones look presentable. Then I'm at the end of the line and I stand next to Anna. She is wearing a peach coloured dress that goes to her knees and has a cool pattern on the top. The straps are small but they go to the back where they connect and turn into strings then meet back up with the dress at her lower back above her butt. She also has on a white coloured short-sleeved cover-up. She is in 3 inch heels with small gold straps holding them onto her foot.

Ms. Callumsworth walks in with the adopters behind her. I get a good look at them and I immediately recognize them as youtubers. There is one girl and one guy and they look to be dating. I  do a double take and I see that they are Alfie Deyes and Zoe Sugg, an actual YouTube couple. Anna looks normal to a normal onlooker, but if you have lived with her for as long as I have, then you can tell that she is about to faint. She loves them. They walk towards us at the end of the line. I look at Anna while she looks at me. I put my hand out and she grabs it and squeezes it telling me that she is fine and won't freak out, then she drops my hand and we see them looking at us oddly.
