*Still Zeref's POV*
I touched my cheek where she kissed me. I smiled at the thought of her.
Then I remembered earlier with Mard Geer. I growled, 'How the hell did he find out about her?' I thought.
'He will try to kidnap her again. So I need to prevent that'
I stood up and walked into the bedroom and over to Tora. She was already fast asleep.
The light of the moon shone through the window and shined upon her. Making her golden hair shine and her soft skin brighten, she looked beautiful.
I leaned down closer to her and carefully moved her head to the side, to get a better view of her neck.
Then I softly bit her neck, at the base. She moved and let out a small moan, but then was still again.
Once I pulled away, a small black cross was in the place of my bite mark. The mate mark of the vampire king.
I softly rubbed her cheek, "Maybe that will keep you safer" I whispered then climbed into the bed beside her.

*Tora's POV*
I slowly opened my eyes and stretched. I felt something around my waist. I looked down to see a arm. I looked around to see Zeref fast asleep with his arms around me.
I blushed and my cheeks heated up. He held me close to him.
I stared at him for a moment, he looked so peaceful when he sleeps. It's hard to believe that he is a vampire....especially the king of vampires.
I smiles then slowly and carefully removed his arm from around me and got out of the bed.
I quietly walked out of the bedroom and into the kitchen. I checked the fridge and found some eggs. Then I found some pancake batter in a cabinet
I cooked breakfast and set the table. Minutes later, Zeref walked in rubbing his eyes.
"Good morning Zer-Zer" I said as i put the dirty pans in the sink.
"Good morning Tora, I see you made breakfast again" he said with a smile then sat down.
"Yup" I said then sat down and we began eating.
Once we were done, I began washing the dishes. "Tora, i'm going to the hotel to get our stuff and check out. I need you to stay here, just in case Mard Geer is still hunting us down" he said.
"Ok....please stay safe" I said, he gave me a sweet smile.
"I will, don't worry" he said then left. I sighed and finished washing the dishes.

*Mard Geer's POV*
"Hmm he put a powerful spell around the area, along with the dragon queen's barrier" I said to myself as I stood in a tree near the cabin.
'He's smart. he must be despite to protect the human' I thought.
I saw the blonde girl through a window, she was washing some dishes.
"I have to say she is a beauty. but why would the vampire king have affection for her?" I asked myself.
"It can't be just her beauty....maybe cause of her magic?.....or her blood"
Then a idea popped into my mind, 'I need her if i want to defeat the lord. Use her against him.....and maybe keep her to myself'
I chuckled, "I need to wait until she leaves the barrier" I said to myself then teleported away.
*Tora's POV*
Its been almost two hours since Zeref left. I was getting really worried. I wanted to go search fro him, but he asked for me to stay here.
Mard Geer might try to kidnap me again. For some time, I felt like I was being watched. But then that feeling disappeared.

After about 30 minutes, I heard the door opened and closed. Then a very familiar scent of pine hit my nose.
"Zeref!!" I called and ran into the living room, Zeref sat our stuff down and looked at me.
"Where have you been!, its been over two hours" I snapped, with my hands on my hips.
He chuckled, "Well I had to walk most of the way then on the way back, I ran into two vampires. I'm sorry for worrying you" he said with a soft smile.
I sighed then grabbed a pair of clothes from my bag.
"I'm going to take a shower, sorry for snapping at you. I was just worried" I said then went to the bathroom.
