I sat in my room. I heard fighting again. My parents were fighting again. I didn't care, I put my earphones in and did homework. After I finished I fell asleep.
The next morning I got up and got ready for school. On my walk to school I saw him. The guy I ran into yesterday. He runs up to me, huge smile showing.
"Hi. I'm sorry about yesterday. I wasn't paying attention. Oh I forgot to ask what's your name?"
"Nicole." I say quietly. He heard my name. I didn't want him to.
"Oh you're the girl who is hated. I think that's rude. Oh, I'm Connor, but call me C." He seems nice.
"Sorry but I don't have friends so we aren't friends." I storm off. Thinking about what he will do to me. I think he'll be like the others.
The day went by fast. I was walking out of the school when C came up to me.
"Hi Nicole. How are you?" I don't answer.
"Hey I need your help. Can you tutor me in science. I've heard you are two grades ahead of your grade."
"Sure. How's tomorrow?" I think he just wants to beat me up.
"That's perfect!" He runs off and I walk home. He's seems different.
